Beautiful place, nice location and really friendly owners. We ate there two times. On the first night - The pizza of my partner was good but my (rare) picanha was completely cold. I never asked food to be brought back but it was too cold so I kindly asked if they could return it. The staff looked quite offended (not the owners) and after 4 minutes I got my meat back. However, it was well done and I ordered it rare. It was also smashed on the plate. Decided not to do anything and take it as it was.
Came back the next day for pizza's to take away. Again, owners were friendly, other staff a little arrogant. My Italian is not bad but I heard some offensive things being said from the kitchen which I hope were not related to our pizza's but it was really unprofessional. Was looking forward to the dinner here and made reservation for 9:30 pm.
Warm welcome, sat down quickly and offered water straight away. Very good sign, but….
Service at 2* as we didn’t get any attention till almost an hour. Luckily flagged the somm and ordered a local wine which was very delicious by the way. Food order followed 20 minutes after all food orders were taken by one person only 😳. Unheard of way of service for a full restaurant with more than 12 tables.
So… wine served at 10:25, starters at 10:45. I understand the busy August period, but unfortunately our experience was comprised.
Food wise; starters were good, main of picanha “beef steak” was chewy and not impressive. Obviously no dessert as no time.

Accoglienza, allegria e magia: il nostro matrimonio fuori dagli schemi
Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per celebrare il nostro matrimonio simbolico e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Gli spazi esterni, con il prato curato, si sono rivelati perfetti per creare la nostra navata, per i balli e per scattare splendide foto dopo la cerimonia. L’aperitivo, nonostante fosse in un orario di punta, si è svolto in totale comodità: tutto all’ombra, con posti a sedere per gli ospiti che hanno potuto rilassarsi e godersi il momento.
All’interno, i tavoli erano distribuiti con cura, lasciando lo spazio necessario per muoversi e perfino per improvvisare qualche ballo tra una portata e l’altra. Durante l’ora del bouquet, lo staff non solo ha esaudito i nostri desideri, ma ha anche reso possibili attività divertenti come il limbo e il gioco delle sedie, aggiungendo allegria e spontaneità alla giornata. La disposizione finale di tavoli e sedie per la festa è stata impeccabile: chi voleva ballare aveva lo spazio giusto, e chi invece preferiva sedersi e riposare poteva farlo senza alcun problema.
Un plauso particolare va al servizio: i nostri ospiti ci hanno riferito quanto siano stati colpiti dalla gentilezza, dal sorriso e dalla disponibilità dei camerieri, che li hanno fatti sentire sempre accolti e a proprio agio. Anche noi abbiamo percepito la stessa attenzione dall’inizio alla fine.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Valeria, che ci ha seguito con professionalità e calore. Grazie a lei siamo riusciti a organizzare un matrimonio fuori dagli schemi, sentendoci sempre sicuri, sereni e accompagnati dall’entusiasmo di chi, più che una collaboratrice, è diventata parte integrante della nostra festa.
