On February 1st at 00:30, I started the month with negativity thanks to the girl who served at the cash register and tables. She was the only girl at that moment, and I received terrible service. I ordered a large menu and paid €14.10. I sat at the table and noticed that my fries were a small portion. I got up and ordered another portion, politely informing the girl that the fries I received were small, not large. Immediately after, I received the extra portion that I had to reorder an pay again, in the end the girl offered me a smaller portion than before 😂😂 At that moment, I pointed it out to her. She was extremely rude and raised her voice towards me, despite me being polite to her. I spent around €18 and came home feeling down. The girl had terrible customer service. I have never seen anything like this in the Altavilla area. I have always been a regular customer, visiting your establishment weekly. Read moreWhile I was placing my order at the counter, the cashier (ACHA) behaved in a highly disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I was dictating my order over the phone when she suddenly shouted at me, saying “WAIT A MINUTE OHHH” in a rude and aggressive tone, as if we were arguing in a marketplace rather than in a professional establishment. Then, without warning, she grabbed the phone out of my hand.
What made the situation even worse was that her colleague—rather than intervening—started laughing along with her. I felt deeply uncomfortable and humiliated by their behavior.
I didn’t feel safe speaking up at the time, especially considering that other customers have previously reported incidents where they feared their food was tampered with after complaints. I truly hope that kind of behavior is not tolerated in your restaurants.
I would like to request that this incident be looked into and that appropriate action be taken. Your staff should be properly trained to treat customers with basic respect and courtesy...
Read moreNon so proprio da dove iniziare, locali ne ho visitati tanti, da questo mi aspettavo qualcosa di buono.. ma niente.. sono andato con la famiglia, abbiamo provato panini differenti ma non c'è scampo, qualità degli ingredienti pessima, cottura eseguita male, la carne sembrava cucinata al mattino e poi riscaldata, bibite pessime e calde, l'ordine fatto all'inizio non si poteva stampare perchè la macchina non funzionava e nonostante la persona che attendeva i clienti lo sapesse, non avvisava nessuno, per fortuna mio figlio aveva memorizzato il numero dell'ordine, ma senza stampa non ho potuto nemmeno caricare i punti nell' app. Direttore o presunto tale, maleducato, personale giovane ma era evidente come non sia stato formato, totale disorganizzazione e visto che non ho pagato nemmeno poco mi sento di sconsigliarlo. Esperienza addirittura peggiore dei McDonald's. Mi dispiace io non tornerò e ai nostri amici che mi chiedono in merito rispondo di spendere i propri soldi altrove. Oggi 04 maggio 2022 dopo 2 anni siamo tornati, che dire alle 19.30 era vuoto, mentre un altro fast food famoso era pieno, che dire tempi di attesa lunghi circa 20 minuti, panini arrivati freddi e la solita mania presente solo qui delle bibite senza ghiaccio.(che bisogna chiedere dopo).
