If you’re ever in the mood to test your patience, I highly recommend visiting this place. It’s the perfect place to go if you enjoy being ignored for an extended period. The staff here must have a PhD in invisibility, because they certainly mastered the art of not noticing customers.

After finally being acknowledged (only took about the same time as a round-trip to the moon), I decided to order the lasagne. Now, I’ve had my fair share of lasagne, but this one was truly a masterpiece in modern microwaving. Cold in the center and lukewarm on the edges, it was like a culinary journey through the Arctic. Who knew lasagne could be an ice sculpture?

The best part? Waiting for service! It’s almost meditative, giving you ample time to reflect on life, the universe, and why you chose to eat here. Want to order dessert or get the check? Better start waving your arms like you’re signaling a rescue plane. But even then, don’t hold your breath.

After a long morning of swimming, this causal coastal restaurant looked like an oasis. But this is a place where hunger grows and dreams die.

After waiting a while by the entrance and being ignored by the waiters, we figured it was casual and seated ourselves. Nobody came by, so we went to the bar and tried to order or ask for help, where we were met with irritation and sent back to our table. After a very long wait, we were told the kitchen was closed, so we just ordered some espressos instead. However, when hot, quickly served meals continued to be carried out to the tables full of Italians around us…we began to feel bitter. Whether the staff ignored us until the kitchen was closed, or simply lied, we will never know. The staff were irritated, annoyed, and downright rude, even though we were very polite.

The worst dining experience I can remember, and absolutely the worst ever in Italy. The staff don’t know what’s going on; they are rude and hectic. We arrived in the middle of lunchtime and when we tried to order pizza, we were told it wasn’t available. Also, they had no Paninis or focaccia. They only had an option of a few pasta dishes. One of us had lasagna and the other had eggplant parmigiana. Both dishes were mildly warm around the outside, and fridge cold in the middle. We returned both and they arrived back 10 minutes later very slightly warmer but still cold in the centre. The two waitresses that served us didn’t speak any English, which isn’t so bad because we don’t speak Italian, but they weren’t keen to help. We explained to the one English speaking waiter there what had happened, and you could tell from his reaction it happens all the time. Go hungry or eat the sand on the beach; both are...
