This place misses on all accounts!! A beautiful property managed by the absolute worst. The staff is absolutely terrible. We got a daybed and it took 20 minutes just to find a server all day to order more food or drinks. Meanwhile there are maybe 10 guest total there. There should be a server close by to us especially if we are one of the only beds actually ordering a lot of food and drinks. Then they were more concerned about us moving our daybeds around 5pm, which they did. Instead of being by beach with a great view they stuck us in back corner. I don’t know why but it’s a joke. The place is absolutely dead. They generate no business or energy here. I wish I was a promoter or manager here. This place could be popping! Unfortunately they don’t know how to run a business or bring in more clients. They don’t make it enjoyable or memorable for you to come back either. It’s all about money here and not about having a good time. They also told my gf she couldn’t come back in without a top on even though she’d been there all day in bathing suit and we had been there all day spending thousands of dollars on food and drinks. Siamo arrivati alle ore 23:30 all’ingresso, ci viene detto dalla cassiera dell’ entrata che saremmo potuti entrare e che il locale avrebbe chiuso alle 24:30. Una volta entrati decidiamo di prendere qualcosa da bere e ci vengono venduti dei cocktails a 15 euro l uno, alla mia richiesta di poter avere un Caipirinha mi viene risposto che non fanno niente di pestato, allora chiedo un 4 bianchi e fragola, ma anche in questo caso mi viene negato il cocktail ( anche non essendo pestato), per semplificare le cose chiedo un gin Lemon e un long Island che finalmente ci vengono fatti. I cocktails vacevano davvero schifo, se li avessi chiesti al primo capitato per strada forse me li avrebbe fatti meglio. Come se non bastasse dopo neanche 2 sorsi verso le 23: 45 ( neanche 15 minuti da quando eravamo entrati) si interrompe la musica e con fare arrogante e davvero invadente si avvicinano improvvisamente i buttafuori per dirci che era finito tutto e che dovevamo andarcene immediatamente dal locale. Noi perplessi e increduli chiediamo al buttafuori come fosse possibile una cosa del genere dal momento che ci hanno fatto consumare sapendo saremo dovuti andarcene 15 minuti dopo…rassegnati dirigendoci all uscita del locale troviamo il buttafuori che ci vuole ritirare il bicchiere, io giustamente non avendo ancora consumato tutto il cocktail gli dico che se non posso uscire dal locale col bicchiere resto nell entrata per finirlo, il buttafuori allora per mandarmi via il prima possibile mi travasa il cocktail di forza dentro ad un bicchiere di plastica ( senza che io gli chiedessi niente contro la mia volontà), una volta fatto questo mentre me ne andavo mi chiede con aria arrogante perché non L ho ringraziato per quello che aveva fatto ( avermi travasato il cocktail di forza ) a quel punto avendone fin sopra mi capelli di tutto quello che era successo la mia risposta più spontanea è stata con educazione “grazie per avermi fatto spendere 30 euro di cocktails per poi cacciarmi da qui solo dopo 15 minuti”.A questa risposta il buttafuori prende la cosa come una sfida e con arroganza mi insulta dicendomi che sono un tirchio perché mi hanno fatto entrare gratis nel locale ( come se mi avessero fatto un favore), come se non bastasse mettendomi anche le mani addosso e spingendomi (senza che io abbia minimamente mosso una mano). Che dire….pessima esperienza, vi consiglio di cambiare locale perché queste persone vedono i loro clienti solo come un numero che deve produrre un ricavo economico.
