Eravamo nei pressi di un bar vicino al teatro di Amantea, che verso le 20:30 stava chiudendo, quando abbiamo conosciuto Donato. Vedendo che cercavamo un luogo dove poter cenare, ci ha consigliato il locale di suo figlio: la Focaccina. Poiché avevamo fretta di cenare entro le 21 per poter assistere allo spettacolo in teatro, Donato, con grande gentilezza, ci ha offerto un passaggio sia per raggiungere il locale che per tornare al teatro. Possiamo dire che la "Focaccina" offre anche un servizio navetta per chi è a piedi! Siamo rimaste colpite dalla disponibilità e cortesia di Donato e possiamo dire che il suo consiglio è stato eccellente. Le focaccine, appena sfornate, avevano un sapore delizioso, un'ottima consistenza e fragranza, e l'accostamento dei gusti era delicato e ben bilanciato. Auguriamo al piccolo locale la "Focaccina" una crescita continua e di grande successo.
