A truly special evening at Vignamare – genuine passion in every detail!

This place is something truly unique. From the moment you arrive and look out over the vineyards and the sea in the distance, you realize you’re somewhere where love is poured into every detail and nothing is left to chance. The view is simply spectacular – absolutely perfect for a summer evening with good friends and great wine.

The service was impeccable. The whole team was incredibly warm and down-to-earth, and we felt genuinely welcome from the very first moment. A special thanks to Daniel, who guided us through the menu and wines with real enthusiasm, impressive knowledge, and a contagious sense of humor. It’s clear that he truly cares about both the craft and the guest experience.

The food was absolutely magical. Every dish was thoughtful and well-balanced, with ingredients that tasted incredibly fresh. Everything is produced by them – from the herbs, vegetables and animals to the wine and olive oil. It adds a whole new depth to the experience – the taste of true craftsmanship and locally sourced ingredients.

The wines were, of course, something else – white, red, and sparkling – elegant, balanced, and perfectly matched to the menu. Perhaps the best part was how the entire meal felt natural and relaxed, while still clearly reflecting an incredible amount of effort and precision behind the scenes.

Restaurant and food for me are always about the experience, Vingamare brings you all. They have the expertise to provide you with one experience for your whole life. Starting with the parking lot, a small car brings you to the restaurant through the winery with a stunning view. The staff welcome you at the door, David ( Maitre) is kind, always smiling, and explained everything perfectly. Architecture is amazing, beautiful design. The place is clean but at the same time sofisticated. At this restaurant, you can see the combination of Classic and Modern from food to wine, everything in perfect harmony. Food starts to come, local products, everything is fresh soft and very tasty, again the Classic and Modern walking together. The Chef Giorgio Servetto was able to put a magnificent menu together, preparing meals that make sense. The restaurant has a purpose of excellence, quality, and sustainability , they follow this until the last drop ;) Speaking about drops, the whole dinner is combined with their own wines ( bianco, rosso, rose, spumante) you can choose and again everything you see, eat and drink is sustainable. Absolutely the best experience I had in Italy, maybe in the whole Europe. Food: 10 Atmosphere: 10 Staff: 10

We were looking for a great place to eat lunch and found this pretty spot. We decided to try it and it was amazing!

It started when we got there, walking up a mountain trail. We saw a beautiful garden with grapes, like in Italy, and got a great view of the sun and sea.

When we went in, we found out it was a fancy Michelin-star restaurant. We were excited and got a table for four.

We sat in the middle of the restaurant and joked about our casual clothes not matching the fancy place. But everyone was really nice to us.

The first food we had was a bunch of small, tasty bites. Each one was a surprise of different flavors. My younger sister and brother loved it too.

The restaurant kept giving us more cool and tasty things. We had great food, awesome wine, and a fun time.
