In our six years visiting Sardinia this is absolutely the best prepared fish anywhere on the island - The chef is a creative genius- Absolutely delicious. The location is a little off the beaten track but we were intrigued by the amazing reviews so stayed the night nearby - I urge all food lovers to visit - before the chef is discovered by the Michelin folk. Also they bake possibly the best bread I’ve ever had in my life. The waitstaff have the NY cool edge of those you might find in a top rated Manhattan restaurant- but they soon warmed up. We ate lunch and diner 5 days in a row in this restaurant and every day we got served a variation of fresh local food . Every day a different 3/4 course.
