We went to the Port Cafe on our first night at Lake Como, the place looks really good from the outside, but food is just not upto the mark. We ordered a lasagna and a margherita pizza, only to be shocked by the minuscule portions. The pizza, was smaller than small pan pizza from Pizza Hut, was disappointingly tiny and the crust was hard and difficult to eat. The lasagna portion was so small that we finished it in just two bites. Still hungry, we tried their paninis, which were even more disappointing. The bread was hard as a rock and lacked any flavor, making it a struggle to eat. Overall, the food quality and portion sizes were far below expectations. My advice to anyone considering dining here: opt for Lido instead, its a 5 min walk from this place.
