Today we passed this restaurant without reservation and asked if there was a chance for have a dinner for 2. Because of a big group celebrating the noise was a little bit more than normal. I guess that would give them a higher score. But we were welcomed with a big smile. She explained us the different options with food and wine choices. We were very surprised with the dish we took. LA VIA DELL'ORO, PANE BISTOCCU DI MONTRESTA, BOTTARGA IN POLVERE, OLIO EVO, FRUTTA O VERDURA DI STAGIONE E PETALI DI BOTTARGA, ACCOMPAGNATO DALLA VERNACCIA DI ORISTANO/ TRADITIONAL SARDINIAN BREAD, OILBOTTARGA (AJ.D). It was very good and we liked these variations of dishes. After this we choose a cheese cake and tiramisu. Thank you for the great evening and service you gave us. We really enjoyed it

Aufenthalt anfangs September 2024 / Paar In der Nähe unseres Appartements hat mein Partner dieses Restaurant entdeckt. Ohne telefonische Anmeldung einen Tisch bekommen. Die hinterlegte Nummer über Google war nicht mehr aktiv. Also probierten wir es spontan, mit Erfolg. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam, geschult und haben ein sauberes Erscheinungsbild. Sogar auf Allergien wird spezifisch nachgefragt. Definitiv ein + Punkt. Ebenfalls wurde während wir assen unsere Mimik beobachtet. Offenbar bemerkte die Angestellte, das wir satt waren und kam sofort an unseren Tisch und fragte nach ob der Rest eingepackt werden soll. Wir bestellten zur Vorspeise einen Gemischten und Grünen Salat. Zur Hauptspeise Fregula Fantasia dello Chef (war wenig versalzen. Jedoch schmeckte das Gericht trotzdem gut) und eine Portion Pommes (Wir hatten definitiv zuviel bestellt). Alles wurde frisch und Hausgemacht zubereitet. Die Tische, Stühle sowie das Lokal allgemein war meiner Ansicht nach sauber. Preisleistung i.O die oben genannten Gerichte mit zwei Flaschen Wasser für 66.- Euro finde ich für diese Portionen angemessen. Wieso ich nur dreii Sterne gebe hat einen anderen Grund.. nämlich der Chef des Lokals. Beim Bezahlen fand er unsere Bestellliste nicht. Vorlaut sagte er das seine Servicekraft einen Fehler gemacht hat. Über seinen Schreibtisch an der anderen Ecke des Restaurant zittiert er sie zu Tisch. Die Geste, welche er zu Ihr machte (🤌🏻) und sein Gesichtsausdruck a là was machst du wieder falsch geht gar nicht. 1. Sollte man als Inhaber zu der jeweiligen Person/Angestellte hingehen uns das unter vier Augen besprechen. 2. So eine Geste macht man nicht vor Kunden. Das Beste daran war, das er nicht richtig hingeschaut hatte. Die Servicekraft hatte alles richtig gemacht. Meiner Meinung kein Kompetentes verhalten.

Nice food, medium prices. Very polite and helpful waiters. The only minus is that only one person take orders and give the bills, so if the place is full it might take time... We had mixed seafood starter to share in 2 and local Sardinian fregola seafood pasta for 2. After starters we were already full. Recommending to make a reservation in advance especially for the dinner.

Nice food, medium prices. Very polite and helpful waiters. The only minus is that only one person take orders and give the bills, so if the place is full it might take time... We had mixed seafood starter to share in 2 and local Sardinian fregola seafood pasta for 2. After starters we were already full. Recommending to make a reservation in advance especially for the dinner.

Very nice place! Food was amazing, we were 3 people and have got:

Un mare di antipasti (1) which was a lot and the taste was amazing. Enough for 3 people that don’t eat a lot (average). Multiple varieties of sea dishes ( i think between 5 and 6 )

ravioli al nero di seppia (1) which was very tasty. To try!

pasta fresca al ragù di pesce (2), which was nice as well but I personally preferred the Ravioli ( maybe because I was already full)

bottle of white wine (Karmis)

2 dessert: i loved the fact that they showed me the desserts before I could order, in this way i could get an idea of what I was ordering.

1 espresso

We have shared almost everything and the stuff was very nice.

The total cost was good (130euros), deserved and all worthy!!

Cena per due il 12 Settembre. Veniamo accolti gentilmente dal proprietario, che al momento di prendere la comanda si informa, molto opportunamente, se qualcuno di noi ha intolleranze o allergie alimentari.

-Una bottiglia di ottimo Karmis (vernaccia+vermentino) Una bottiglia di minerale Veniamo al pasto: Misto di antipasti di mare per due: -Cozze alla marinara -Polpo e seppie in insalata(di fatto bolliti, olio e limone) -Riso nero con misto di affumicati e sedano Burrida, cioè se non sbaglio pesce gatto in umido agrodolce Scorfano fritto "accomodato" con cipolle, uvetta e noci Pescatrice in insalata alla Catalana

Il mio parere - ripeto, "parere", non giudizio - : Riso, cozze e pescatrice ok. Polpo e seppie bolliti : in un ristorante di questo livello-e prezzo-mi aspetto che i cefalopodi(polpi, moscardini, calamari, totani, seppie) vengano serviti il giorno stesso della cottura. Così, a parer mio, non è stato in questo caso. -Burrida e scorfano: queste preparazioni migliorano il giorno dopo la preparazione, e così mi sembra sia stato fatto. Mi permetto però di consigliare un uso più delicato dell'aceto.

Abbiamo saltato i primi e preso, per secondi, due grigliate di mare. Mia moglie ha preso il piatto standard, cioè due gamberi medi, una spigoletta (o branzinetto che dir si voglia), due calamari, una seppia. Io ho escluso gamberi e spigola: due seppie e due calamari. Nel menu era specificato chiaramente che in mancanza di prodotto fresco sarebbero stati serviti surgelati di prima qualità, e così probabilmente è stato, a mio parere. Di fatto la qualità del cibo era accettabile. I gamberi e la spigola erano ben preparati, mentre mi permetto di nuovo di consigliare una diversa cura dei cefalopodi, che intanto dovrebbero essere di pezzatura un po' più piccola e poi comunque, se la pezzatura disponibile è questa, aperti, spianati, incisi, spennellati di olio, aglio e prezzemolo a fine cottura, e serviti in vassoio,e non arrostiti e ammucchiati sul piatto come è stato per me. Da Sardo mi duole rimarcare per l'ennesima volta il fatto che se volete avere esperienze memorabili di cucina marinara non sperate di poterle avere in Sardegna. Infine, un caffè. Totale, 118€ Camerieri inappuntabili, quindi...
