So etwas Unfreundliches habe ich selten erlebt. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde man mit einem Blick begrüßt, als hätte man persönlich für schlechte Laune gesorgt. Die Bedienung war schnippisch, genervt und durchweg desinteressiert – jegliche Form von Höflichkeit schien hier absolute Mangelware zu sein.

Man hatte das Gefühl, lästig zu sein, obwohl man schlicht und einfach nur etwas essen wollte. Auf Rückfragen wurde mit patzigen Antworten reagiert, als ob man stören würde. Kein Lächeln, kein „Gerne“, nicht mal ein Mindestmaß an Gastfreundschaft. Es war eher, als hätte man versehentlich das Personal beim Feierabend gestört.

Das Essen? War okay. Aber ganz ehrlich – bei diesem Umgang vergeht einem der Appetit. Für mich steht fest: Einmal und nie wieder. Wer Wert auf einen respektvollen und freundlichen Service legt, sollte dieses Restaurant lieber meiden. Una scortesia del genere è davvero difficile da trovare. Già all’ingresso siamo stati accolti con uno sguardo che faceva capire chiaramente quanto fossimo indesiderati. Il personale era scontroso, infastidito e completamente disinteressato – l’educazione e la cortesia sembrano sconosciute in questo posto.

Sembrava quasi di dare fastidio semplicemente chiedendo il menù o facendo una domanda. Le risposte erano secche, maleducate, senza alcuna voglia di rendere piacevole l’esperienza. Niente sorriso, nessun "con piacere", nemmeno la minima traccia di ospitalità. Sembrava di aver interrotto qualcuno durante la pausa.

Il cibo? Passabile. Ma con un servizio così, passa la fame. Per quanto mi riguarda: una volta e mai più. Se cercate gentilezza e accoglienza, girate alla larga.

Grazie per il vostro feedback – anche se, sinceramente, facciamo fatica a comprenderlo. I nostri bambini sono rimasti seduti in modo tranquillo e rispettoso al tavolo, comportandosi davvero bene. Anche il nostro cane ha dormito per tutto il tempo, senza arrecare alcun disturbo.

Ci sorprende in particolare l’affermazione secondo cui i vicini di tavolo si sarebbero lamentati di noi. Questo non corrisponde assolutamente alla verità: abbiamo scambiato con loro parole cordiali, ci hanno persino fatto i complimenti per quanto fossero educati i nostri bambini e hanno accarezzato il nostro cane con affetto. L’idea di una lamentela ci sembra quindi del tutto inventata.

Inoltre, ci chiediamo sinceramente in che modo un bambino di sei anni e uno di un anno possano essere definiti "maleducati". È un'accusa che riteniamo del tutto fuori luogo e che, se davvero viene fatta con convinzione, dice molto di più su chi la formula che sui bambini stessi.

Il modo in cui è stata gestita la situazione – sia durante la nostra visita che nella risposta ricevuta – purtroppo conferma pienamente l’impressione che abbiamo avuto: più che un ambiente accogliente e ospitale, ci siamo trovati davanti a un atteggiamento prevenuto verso le famiglie. I visited this place based on the positive reviews and the photos of the food. The dishes are indeed beautifully presented and taste great. However, when I asked to speak with the waiter due to the long wait, he didn’t take any action. Instead of heading to the kitchen, he went to another table. I then requested to speak with the manager, who also took a while to arrive, and after explaining my issue, made no effort to resolve the problem.

When the food finally arrived, I was tipsy due to the long wait and nearly finished a bottle of wine. I expected a discount because of the delay (over 40 minutes for the main course), but there was no attempt to apologize or to retain me as a customer.
