I do not recommend! Last night 6 people went for dinner at this restaurant. The menu is only in Italian on an Island of Tourism. The waiter and owner only speaks Italian. It was difficult to decide what to order. We would ask about a dish, ingredients etc and this man would note as an order. We then proceeded with the order! First came what we had not ordered large pans. We were confused and thought: maybe we didn't understand, maybe this is it, well! We took one or two scoops to a plate. Then came what we had actually ordered. So we realized what had happened! They also brought 2 sealed glass bottles of water instead of one, and refused to take it back. I then went to the counter and spoke to a friendly young lady who spoke a little English. She spoke to the owner and he refused to resolve the problem. I then said I was going to call the police. Then he decided to take away what we had not ordered including the not requested bottle of water. We asked for one more bear, they brought two. The bill was wrong, overcharged! When we questioned and scrutinized the owner said: oh, not your bill, but never said sorry! The bill came! Now right but with a charge we were unaware of and not specified: two Euros per person for sitting at the table. To my mind the whole time there was the intention of making some extra euros by misleading us! The only positive thing: the...
Read moreI arrived here with my family of 5 adults and 2 children shortly after opening at 8pm. It was a 20 minute walk on a hot night and I was ready to have dinner. Upon entering I was asked if I had a reservation, and I told them "no". I looked around and there were only 2 tables with diners in the entire space. I asked if they had room, and the hostess proceeded to tell me "no problem" and she was going to figure something out. A manager came out and she asked him if they could seat us, and he angrily replied "no". He was clearly agitated and kept saying "no" and gestured for us to leave. It was my worst experience in Sardegna. If all the tables are somehow reserved, then fine. Even if they just didn't want us there - fine. Maybe they hate tourists, children, Asians or money...Who knows? But at least be respectful about it...Don't bark at us like dogs. That was our last night in Sardegna and it really left me with negative feelings. To...
Pulita, funzionale e funzionante. Alla prossima. Ci avete...
