New Bar Dolci Di Acerbis Roberto — Restaurant in Aviatico

Place is well situated, good food, service would be perfect if not for the owner, who will certainly respond to this review (better if he doesn't because the other replies I've read are beyond rude), is one of the most brash and unpleasant people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. The other people in the staff are angels and they were very fast and welcoming. The bar has a lot of rules but I don't really mind. I just wish the atmosphere were more welcoming but I know that's not really possible without a change of heart and behavior...

Gestori come dire poco accoglienti. Non si può entrare al bar anche con green pass per portar via le cose (eravamo in 2 famiglie hanno autorizzato a entrare solo 1 persona). Vietato mangiare i gelati ai tavoli (tutti vuoti, vedere foto!), chiuso il bagno, non ci si avvicina al muretto. Ah P.s. il padrone mi ha sgridata perché ho preso le foto 👍 Certo siete padroni e decidete le regole voi ma se odiate i clienti a tal punto (la metà degli avvisi sull'esercizio concorda e lo potete notare voi nelle molte risposte del proprietario) sarebbe opportuno considerare cambio mestiere perché vi assicuro che ai clienti i locali del genere non...

Un po non accogliente, volevamo ordinare qualcosa, ci ha detto " no mangiare" e di andare avanti al ristorante, all'inizio pensavamo che ha male inteso che volevamo mangiare per bene e quindi lo abbiamo richiesto, e proprio così è iniziato diventare un po furibondo, ma scusa noi siamo i clienti e ti paghiamo per il tuo servizio ma è così che tratti i clienti??? Non sarebbe meglio se spieghi meglio o ci chiedi se volevamo...
