We asked if we can have the ice cream instead of the paper cups in the glasses for sitting inside. They wanted to charge for that service 10€ at the end without saying beforehand (more than the actual price for the ice cream) when we argued with them they screamed very unfriendly at us in Italian. Very bad customer service! Seems like a tourist scam and I would definitely not...

Terrible customer service, they charge you € 10 for service just for giving you the same amount of ice cream in a glass. The worst thing is that they do not notify you before and they charge you after arguing in a violent way. Do not come or do not ask...

Ordered 2 ice creams, water, a beer, and a selection of cakes. On paying the bill they were insistent that we had more than 2 ice creams. As if I would lie about an ice cream. I would have tipped them more than the cost of an ice cream before...

Ci sono stato in queste mattine per la colazione, conosciuto grazie all'Hotel dove alloggiavo. Ho assaggiato vari prodotti tutti freschi, particolari e buoni (cornetto pistacchio, brioche con uvetta, treccia e graffa) . Appena ripasso da Bacoli sicuramente sarà una delle mie tappe. Personale gentile, ha tanti tavoli dove sedersi e il locale è ampio.

Di fronte alla Villa Comunale, nei pressi del Lago Miseno, facile da raggiungere e comodo per chi vuole fare una passeggiata lungo il lago. Gelato normale, nulla di così eccezionale. Locale carino ma non grandissimo. Vasta scelta di prodotti, prezzi giusti.

Ci sono stato in queste mattine per la colazione, conosciuto grazie all'Hotel dove alloggiavo. Ho assaggiato vari prodotti tutti freschi, particolari e buoni (cornetto pistacchio, brioche con uvetta, treccia e graffa) . Appena ripasso da Bacoli sicuramente sarà una delle mie tappe. Di fronte alla Villa Comunale, nei pressi del Lago Miseno, facile da raggiungere e comodo per chi vuole fare una passeggiata lungo il lago. Gelato normale, nulla di così eccezionale. Locale carino ma non grandissimo. Vasta scelta di prodotti, prezzi giusti.
