Binariu 450 — Restaurant in Bagheria

The pizza was great, the service was terrible. Maybe this is normal behaviour for this restaurant's employees or maybe they just don't like tourists. Service is a very important part of eating out, so we give this a 2/5 star rating.

We came 10 minutes after opening time with our baby and were the first customers to arrive. Apparently we were too early for the liking of the staff. They first pretended like we weren't there and when we asked for a table we got strange looks. It didn't seem like they wanted to help us at all.

When we got our table it took a long time before someone took our order. We waited more than half an hour and we still didn't get our pizzas. The big group at the table next to us already was served their food, while they arrived later than us. We had to ask the waiter about this and it appeared our order wasn't communicated to the kitchen so we had to wait even longer. We didn't get an apology.

While paying the bill we were asked if everything was ok. We explained what had happened and the lady shrugged her shoulders like she didn't care.

Perfect place to eat for pizza lovers and passionate trainspotters. The menu revolves mainly around pizzas - and trust me, they are delicious. You won't eat such interesting flavor combinations anywhere else. On the other hand, there's still plenty of meals to choose from - salads, meats and buns. Once in a while, a train passes by and the views of the mountains are just incredible. Sadly, the waiters know little to no english, but if you know and understand basic italian, you're not gonna have a problem ordering. Otherwise the staff appears friendly and smiling. Even at peak dinner hours, they manage to deliver your food in just a few minutes, which is incredible. The prices may be little higher compared to Sicily (outside Palermo, Catania and the other tourist destinations), but are still very reasonable. You won't spend a fortune eating here. Expect to pay around 20€ for a delicious pizza and a drink, coperto included. If this restaurant was located in northern Italy, it'd be twice as expensive. Venuto ieri sera con i miei colleghi di lavoro, abbiamo atteso un po per sederci essendo sabato può capitare ed il ristorante era strapieno ma una volta seduti tutta l'attesa è stata ripagata nei migliori dei modi Pizze troppo buone, ma non scherzo, troppo troppo buone. Ne abbiamo prese diverse e le abbiamo assaggiate un po tutte fra di noi. La saccu sublime, con condimenti adagiati in maniera ben studiata così quando mordi un pezzo puoi assaporare ogni gusto, e ti rendi conto di quanto studio ci possa essere dietro ad una semplice pizza! Io personalmente sono stato molto attratto dal padellino tripla cottura inchioda, ma questa è una cosa impossibile da spiegarvi...sapori e odori intensi, una pizza al "padellino' mai vista prima d'ora in giro, di una bontà inaudita dove dolce e salato si mescolano così bene da non capirci più niente. È stato il piatto preferito del tavolo! E soprattutto complimenti per limpiattamento che a guardarlo quasi non veniva voglia di rovinarlo, direi da stella michelin!!!! Ogni ingrediente a striscia ben posta per un effetto cromatico unico nel suo genere, e stiamo parlando di una MARINARA, sono rimasto emozionato soprattutto nel comprendere quanto studio e duro lavoro ci sia dietro a questi piatti Birre alla spina fredde al punto giusto e soprattutto buone, ormai anche per le spine certi posti lasciano desiderare ma non è affatto il vostro caso...per concludere con la parte migliore i dessert, una carta dolci golosissima e completa per TUTTI con dolci di ogni genere e gusto Volevamo prenderli tutti ma erano un po troppi, abbiamo provato il dolce Sofa, il tiramisù e il parfait. I miei più sinceri complimenti a chi se ne occupa, non assaggiavo dei dolci così ben bilanciati da tanto tempo, nemmeno nelle migliori pizzerie con altrettanti riconoscimenti La carta è vincente! Dolce Sofa da brividi pistacchio cioccolato e la colata di amarena lasciano il segno al palato, il tiramisù in un bellissimo chicco di caffè, idea geniale e bellissima presentazione super leggero e cremosissimo, il pafrait al baielis con la cialda al sesamo, sembrava di mangiare un torrone dove il baielis aggiungeva quella nota fresca in più di cui aveva proprio bisgno Il servizio è andato molto bene, forse l'unica cosa che mi sento di dire è che il.perosnale di sala dovrebbe dare qualche attenzione in più ai tavoli, capisco il sabato però ma al netto di questo tutto perfetto, prezzi forse anche bassi per la qualità e la freschezza di quello che questo posto offre!
