Il Verrocchio — Restaurant in Bagno a Ripoli

We are staying at this lovely hotel and I want to share an experience we had at the main restaurant. We had a problem with a meal and the way that the manager and the chef dealt with the issue was spectacular. Really first class. We all make mistakes, and the way the staff fixed the problem and then surprised and delighted us at the end of the meal was really wonderful.
