Here ciabatta bread is used for all of their sandwiches. The roast pork porchetta was probably the most popular meat for their sandwiches. They also have various grilled vegetables such as sun dried tomatoes, zucchini and eggplant as well as crunchy onions and crushed pistachios to add to the sandwiches but you will have to ask them. The best kind of the sandwiches, in our opinion, was probably the classic one with porchetta, cheese, and the optional grilled vegetables. That also happened to be the least expensive one on their menu. They also serve cold drinks including beers and the prices were all very reasonable.
