Abbiamo visitato il ristorante Antinè per il 44° compleanno del mio partner, su consiglio di un amico. L'esperienza è stata così straordinaria che siamo tornati a cenare lì due giorni dopo.

Il cibo è squisito, preparato con grande cura e presentato magnificamente. Tutto è fresco e di alta qualità. Entrambe le volte abbiamo optato per il menù a sorpresa e siamo rimasti incantati dalla varietà e dalla creatività dei piatti. Non possiamo dire quale menù ci sia piaciuto di più, poiché tutti i 12 piatti erano un sogno.

Consigliamo vivamente i formaggi regionali e, naturalmente, il vino. Il ristorante offre una vasta selezione di vini locali del Piemonte.

Il servizio è eccellente, con un giovane cameriere e la proprietaria Monica che si occupano di tutto con estrema gentilezza e competenza. Ogni piatto ci è stato spiegato in dettaglio, permettendoci di apprezzare appieno ogni componente.

Per noi, come amanti della buona cucina, queste due esperienze sono state semplicemente indescrivibili.

Torneremo sicuramente e raccomandiamo caldamente questo ristorante a tutti!

Wir besuchten das Restaurant Antinè zum 44. Geburtstag meines Lebenspartners auf Empfehlung eines Freundes. Das Erlebnis war so aussergewöhnlich, dass wir zwei Tage später noch einmal dorthin zurückkehrten. Das Essen ist exquisit, mit grosser Sorgfalt zubereitet und wunderschön präsentiert. Alles ist frisch und von hoher Qualität.

Beide Male haben wir uns für das Überraschungsmenü entschieden und waren von der Vielfalt und Kreativität der Gerichte begeistert. Wir können nicht sagen, welches Menü uns am besten geschmeckt hat, denn alle 12 Gerichte waren ein Traum. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die regionalen Käsesorten und natürlich auch der Wein. Das Restaurant bietet eine grosse Auswahl an lokalen Weinen aus dem Piemont an, und der Service ist hervorragend: Ein junger Kellner und die Besitzerin Monica kümmern sich mit grosser Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz um alles.

Für uns als Liebhaber der guten Küche waren diese beiden Erlebnisse einfach unbeschreiblich, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können dieses Restaurant jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen!...

At a little inconspicious entrance, you enter in a minimalistic but distinct interior. Though a Little echoing in the beginning when empty, the small but very spacious and individual venue surprises with harmonic sounds and a private feeling when filling up. Only Seven tables are attended by excellence service. Unobtrusive but attentive waiters provide sophisticated but easy feeling service. Starting with excellent Wine reccomendation following through to individual Wishes in Altering the menu. Delicate food inspired by tradition and translated into a progressive combination of tastes made our evening. Det finnes nesten ikke ord for hvor dårlig og dyr denne restauranten er! Service: hvilken service? Måtte spørre tre ganger om olivenolje, salt og pepper, etter rett nummer to, (vi bestilte 6 retters tastingmeny til 60 euro pr pers), var maten uspiselig. Vi sa fra, og klarte ikke spise det. Servitøren sa bare, OK! Det var det, og neste uspiselige rett, som bare smakte salt kom. Vi prøvde å si at vi skjønner dere har mye å gjøre, og vi kan godta å vente litt, men vi har betalt mye for dette, så si fra til sjefen deres. De så bare på oss, sa ingenting, og vi ble derfra totalt ignorert. Den kvinnelige servitøren sto og snakket og lo med venninner ( tydeligvis), mens vi prøvde å få kontakt for å få noe mer vann til bordet. Da hadde vi holdt ut dårlig service og uspiselig mat lenge nok, ba om å få betale og gå. Vi hadde egentlig tre retter igjen, men orket ikke mer vond mat og dårlig service som vi betalte en arm og ett bein for. Ingen unnskyldning, ingen vi beklager, ingenting! Servitørene, en eldre dame og en ung mann, var helt udugelige. Hun prøvde i begynnelsen av måltidet, men det kom tydeligvis noen venner av henne (eller noen som bestilte dyrere vin enn oss hun ble opptatt av), han bare slang to vinmenyen på bordet og når rettene kom spurte han om vi visste hva det var og gikk! Dagen før spiste vi på Rabaya, som var helt perfekt med super service og mat. Så veldig skuffet på denne restauranten. Og, verdt å nevne at italienske gjester fikk en helt annen tastingmeny og service enn oss turister. Bare dropp dette stedet hvis du ikke er italiensk, gå på Rabaya like borti veien isteden. En siste ting, både jeg og mannen fikk vondt i maven da vi kom til hotellet, måtte rett på toalettet. Det er så mange fine, gode og hyggelige restauranter i Piemonte, så bare dropp dette stedet. Oppdatering: Vi ble skikkelig dårlige, og fremdeles, dag to etter at vi spiste her klarer vi kun å få...

I tried this restaurant in January.I list up positive and negative points from my experience. Positive points; The location is nice,almost in front of famous winemaker Gaja, the interior has international modern taste,I liked it. The appetizer I ordered ‘river fish carpaccio with kefir sauce’ was well balanced and portion was decent. The stew brasato was also good. Negative points; 1. The most negative point was service; the waiter served me the different cheese from what I had ordered.When I pointed out he actually removed the already served cheese directly from my plate on the table and put the right one. It was a literally disgusting service, the serving cutleries coming back and forth in front of my face smashing the cheese here and there…the least elegant service ever.ウェイターが私がオーダーしたのとは異なるチーズを切り分けて私に出したので、違うことを指摘すると、テーブルに置かれたお皿から直接サーブ用の大きなカトラリーで、既に切り分けられたチーズをワゴンに移動。(しかも上手く取れなくて私の目の前でチーズがぐちゃぐちゃになっていました)そして正しいチーズをワゴンからサーブ用カトラリーですくってお皿に載せました。間違えて出したものをワゴンに戻してそれをどうするのか謎(再利用するほどケチなのか)でしたし、お皿の上はぐちゃぐちゃになるし、驚きのサービスでした。 2. Before entering into the restaurant I rang the bell and waited a bit. The waiter welcomed us and indicated the cloak where I put my coat by myself. In the restaurant of certain level I never had to do it by myself so seemed unusual. 3. We ordered 3 glasses of wine, Barbaresco and Nebbiolo not Barolo as we didn’t feel like with the dishes we ordered. We heard the voices coming from the kitchen saying ‘ they don’t understand barolo, they don’t understand about wine.’ First of all, one can feel like not drinking barolo, second, it’s so sad that the restaurant side talks in that way and it can be heard by the customers. バローロの気分でないから頼まなかったのですが、キッチンから、’ あのテーブルはワインに対して無知でバローロも知らないみたい’ と陰口叩かれてるのが聞こえました。夫はソムリエだし、我々バローロもよく知ってます。残念です。 4. The pasta Plin was with little sauce. The taste was so so.
