He also gave us valuable tips on nearby attractions, making our stay even more memorable. It was an evening we won’t soon forget, thanks in large part to the warmth and enthusiasm of the owner. He truly made our night. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food with a personal touch!

All'interno una quantità incredibile di prodotti di nicchia, di qualità e ricercati che ti fa venire voglia di comprare tutto! Offrono la possibilità di degustare taglieri e altri sfiziosità (che poi vendono), accompagnati da vini in mescita. Formula assolutamente vincente. Tutti i prodotti spaziano dal territorio nostrano, all'estero, regalando agli avventori un piccolo viaggio attraverso il gusto, il Buon Gusto. Eccezionali. Qualche birra artigianale presente, ma da aggiungere (forse) qualche "chicca" in più!

Come ogni anno ci fermiamo a Barberino del Mugello per spezzare il viaggio. Per la cena volevamo spizzicare qualcosa e la proprietaria di casa ci ha consigliato Canova. Posto delizioso, arredato da prodotti nostrani e non. Uno dei proprietari Alessandro ci ha consigliato prelibatezze che non gustavo da tempo. Assolutamente, da non perdere il tagliere delle follie di Carlo Giusti, il prosciutto di cintale, degustazione di formaggi da accostare con una composta di fichi, finocchietto e noci, la battuta al coltello con scaglie di parmigiano "vacche rosse" 36 mesi, il trancetto di salmone marinato ricoperto da una scaglietta di pera e uova di salmone. Il tutto accompagnato da un sangiovese la fuga 2020 Chianti Rufina. Per completare cantucci fatti in casa e vermut. Un grazie ad Alessandro che ci ha consigliato per il meglio e ci ha trasmesso la passione che mette nella sua professione. Torneremo sicuramente per assaporare tutte le altre...
