Ristorante Le Cantinacce — Restaurant in Barberino Tavarnelle

Siamo stati a cena con amici e siamo subito rimasti sorpresi del fatto che il ristorante era praticamente vuoto mentre tutti gli altri erano pieni... Non era certo un buon segno, ma eravamo affamati, fuori zona e con bambini al seguito, perciò abbiamo ordinato e abbiamo sperato che si trattasse di un semplice caso. La prima portata era talmente scotta da appiccicarsi al piatto, abbiamo avuto più fortuna con la carne, ma obbiettivamente se non sai cucinare quella, o non sei toscano o non sei un cuoco. Buono anche il contorno, ma la vera sorpresa è stato il caffè, pagato più del normale ma si sà il caffè è un piacere, se non è buono che piacere è... macchè sicuramente nessun piacere, decidevo allora di assaggiare un cantuccio, ma il cameriere ne porta a tavola 2 vassoi, buoni, però io ne volevo uno e tutta quella abbondanza è costata 8 euro, e dopo aver mangiato tutto, mi è sembrato uno sproposito anche perché se chiedi un cantuccio e te ne portano due vassoi, potresti pensare anche a una carineria, ma quando ha portato il conto abbiamo ainoi capito perché il ristorante era tristemente vuoto, non è il posto infelice, si tratta di avidità e di poco stile nel gestire i clienti, per il resto si merita non il mio giudizio favorevole, ma tutta la fortuna che questi...

What a fantastic spot! Absolutely beautiful food. We visited with my wife and her parents. The chef seated us and served up the food himself, along with bags of character, and the best tiramisu I've had at any restaurant (this is a very high standard). Couldn't recommend enough. This was a very memorable part of our visit...
