Aquila Nera Enoteca — Restaurant in Barcis

The food is good with fair price cute decoration, no English lenguage and only cash payment. But the big problem is the owner (the man) that is not psychologically prepare to work with customers. I saw him embarrassing another elderly couple that innocently order hot chocolate in a cold winter evening. As they don't have the written manu, don't need to insult someone that order something that doesn't match with the proposal of the place. Then came my turn when I try to make a video of the place to suggest to my colleagues to come to the restaurant. The moody rude old man stopped me saying that is not allowed to take photos, he said "no Facebook" haha. What? I was promoting his business recommending to my friends. So, for me, respect the customer is the basic of any business, I don't go to this place...

The position is good right close to the lake. All the other things make you run away from this place. The owner (a lady) is unpolite and rude. She insisted to make me and my guests to order starters we didn't want. We ordered an expensive bottle of wine that she brought to us already opened at our table. The food was simply awful : main courses were cold while the typical "Frico" ( a cheese based dish) was the worst I have ever had....

Allora chiediamo di mangiare e ci viene spiegato che per la cucina avremmo dovuto aspettare, alternativa taglieri e saremmo stati serviti al quanto prima.. dopo la bellezza di 20 minuti arriva e ci chiede cosa vogliamo ordinare... Ordiniamo un tagliere per X2, due "callici" di vino rosso cabernet (praticamente il fondo del calice) e acqua frizzante... Dopo altri 20 minuti abbondanti arriva il nostro ordine... Un tagliere misero con 4 tipo di affettati b(una fetta a testa) e 3 tocheti di formaggi diversi... Il tavolino era talmente piccoli che abbiamo dovuto appoggiare la caraffa dell'acqua e il portapane su una sedia affianco... Eravamo in bilico e senza tenere conto che mentre noi ci siamo seduti su un tavolino piano (quindi non in bilico) la gentile signora ci ha fatto spostare su quello in pendenza perché il nostro tavolino lo doveva aggiungere ad un altro per fare spazio ai 3 suoi amici... Pagato il tutto 45€... 20€ per il misero tagliere, 5 per i due fondi di caberne, 2 gocce di caffè e due fette di strudel unico motivo per cui do 1 stella altrimenti se ne meriterebbero molte di meno.. al lago di Barcis di sicuro farò ritorno ma in quel locale...
