Without a doubt, the best restaurant I had the pleasure of visiting during my trip to Italy (Venezia, Dolomites, Barcis). The chef truly honors the local ingredients, treating them with the utmost care and passion, all while embracing the slow food philosophy. The result? Absolutely exceptional dishes! We indulged in some incredible local cheeses, savored ribs that were absolutely divine, and enjoyed the best pasta of our entire trip. One of the most unexpected delights was a dish featuring fried tripe (which sounded unusual at first), but it was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

We had two rooms and a bathroom. The furnishings were fab, had a great nights sleep. Not too sure about the tv channels but that wasn't a priority. For those that like to know, water pressure was great. :) Plenty of towels. I quite loved breakfast, hubby didn't. But then he doesn't care for europeon breakfasts anyway.
