Ristorante Gourmet Ad Gallias — Restaurant in Bard

We had a late dinner in this supposed to be gastronomic restaurant in the northernmost part of the old town of Bard a Friday evening mid August of 2025. I was served partly carbonised snails followed by a beautifully present but how sad, grossly overcooked arctic char. It was so "well done" I could hardly separate the muscle fibers of this delicate fish belonging to the salmon family with my knife....

Ci siamo recati in questo esercizio per cenare,in seguito ad una mostra al forte di Bard. Siamo stati accolti cortesemente dal cameriere il quale ci ha mostrato le sale disponibili e in seguito ad aver scelto ci siamo seduti. Il menù è variegato, unico, spaziando dal pesce alla carne e qualche alternativa vegetariana mentre la scelta dei vini è molto Vasta. L'atmosfera era elegante con musica in filodiffusione classica. I piatti che sono arrivati erano buoni e ben presentati, lo staff e il gestore sono stati superlativi ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio, si vede che esercitano questo mestiere con passione sincera, rendendo una semplice cena in una serata indimenticabile.
