I hate this place with a passion. Worst service ever. Im a tourist and don’t understand/agree with the Italian way of queuing for ticket, then food, then drink but this place is the worst example of it. 15 staff standing doing nothing and one girl under pressure doing everything. One of the four days I was there after 25 minutes once the girl poured my drink the manager took it off her to hand it to me. It took everything not to throw it in his face. They do not accommodate allergies or food restrictions. We tried to just order a simple burger without anything on it and they kept telling us “That’s impossible.” Even when we stated there were life threatening allergies and food restrictions. We were still met with “We don’t accommodate changes for any reason.” This is just a health and safety risk for those with life threatening allergies. There are no signs anywhere that state they can’t accommodate food restrictions / allergies, had we seen any like that we would’ve left...

Bardonecchia e bella di per se , quello che la fa non bella però, è la scarsa accoglienza, servizi igienici scarsi in giro per i negozi, la scarsissima accoglienza e tant'altro .... Prima volta aggiunti in questo posto . Ho ordinato due cocktail, meglio se non gli ordinavo , quello che ho ordinato con quello preparato non c'entravano niente ( ho speso piu di 28 anni dietro ristorazione , Bar , discoteche etc , so cos'è un cocktail, cos'è una vera accoglienza , cos'è il benvenuto , professionalità, servire etc . Se aspetti che ti salutano entrando , scordatevi, se aspetti che te li portano al tavolo , vogliono 2 euro in più per portarteli 🤔🤔🤔🤔 , quando parli con loro e chiedi qualdiasi informazione e porgi il saluto di nuovo , lo stesso non te lo ricambiano e le informazioni in merito al posto , mangiare , bere ed altro , hanno ZERO voglia di parlarti e sembrano infastiditi , zero voglia di lavorare e di conversare con la clientela , manco te li stessero dando gratis ... Eppure , quello che ho pagato per due cocktail ed un te non era pocco , costava un bel po ... Si è perso tanto purtroppo il spirito del turismo , l'accoglienza, la cordialità, la professionalità, e poi si lamentano che non hanno lavoro , che sia calato il turismo e tutto . . L'ho notato questo quasi in tutta la Bardonecchia ... Con una tale accoglienza e servito , chi ha voglia di ritornare in quei posti e luoghi.. Di sicuro non ti viene la voglia di...
