We ordered the pasta with yellow tomatoes and shrimp, as well as the pasta with pistachio pesto, tuna tatar and stracciatella. The first three bites of each dish were excellent. However, with each subsequent bite, things got worse. The shrimp pasta was definitely too salty. After eating half the portion, it was hard to continue without sipping on a sweet drink. The shrimp were fresh and tasty, but the saltiness of the dish overwhelmed all other flavors. The same goes for the pistachio pasta. We couldn’t finish it because the bitterness was unbearable. They tried to balance the flavor with the stracciatella, but there simply wasn’t enough of it to make a difference. In my opinion, the dish is missing something to counter the bitterness and bring the sauce back on track. We enjoy bitter flavors, but this was way over the top. That said, the atmosphere and service definitely deserve praise. The waiters were very kind and engaging. Great service, not-so-great food All the staff was more than kind, friendly and helpful, even if we ordered only half a dozen dishes and pizzas for a party of eight. The food, though, has plenty of room for improvement. The pizza wasn't great, tearing apart the myth that pizza is great everywhere in Italy. The tuna tataki was not a tataki - it was an overcooked charcoal grilled tuna steak with mango dressing and it was barely edible. Thank God we ordered a salad! We had chocolate souffle for dessert, but as it's clear from the picture, ça c’est pas un soufflè - it was a rather good and full of cocoa molten lava cake with whipped cream. Prenotazione fatta telefonicamente il mercoledì per il sabato sera, mi chiedono se preferiamo stare all'esterno o all'interno, considerando il periodo chiedo l'esterno, inoltre se preferivamo il primo turno cioè 20:30 max 20:45 o il secondo dopo le 22, scelgo il primo turno... arriviamo nel ristorante alle 20:40, e riceviamo la prima sorpresa, non trovavano il nostro tavolo, dopo alcune ricerche ci fanno accomodare all'interno dicendomi che all'esterno non era possibile perché il sabato e a loro discrezione sistemare le prenotazioni. La serata si prospetta già in maniera negativa, dopo averci portato i menù il cameriere si accinge a prendere la comanda, si trattava di patatine fritte centrali bevande e 5 pizze, nel frattempo arriviamo alle 21:15, le patatine e le bevande arrivano immediatamente dopo di che....si scatena l'inferno. Purtroppo al tavolo non si riusciva a dialogare perché in sala il vocio degli altri tavoli era rimbombante, i tempi di attesa delle pizze si protraggono sempre più, ogni qualvolta chiediamo informazioni al cameriere ci risponde con la stessa tiritera che sono in preparazione, che sono in forno, ora chiedo in pizzeria. Nel frattempo ad un tavolo adiacente al nostro, seduti dopo di noi, mentre mangiavano gli antipasti arrivano le pizze, che logicamente mandano indietro, nel frattempo arriviamo alle 22:30, chiediamo nuovamente al cameriere i tempi di attesa e dopo essere andato a chiedere in pizzeria ci sorprende avvisandoci che ci vogliono ancora 15 minuti. Al che decidiamo di andare via, ci confrontiamo con il titolare che incredulo sull'accaduto comunque non riesce a trovare una soluzione per poterci fare restare, anzi quando gli dico che comunque sono un ristoratore, mi risponde che da tale non dovrei andare nei locali di sabato sera. Nel contempo gli chiedo il conto per quello che abbiamo consumato e dopo averlo fatto, in modo nervoso accartoccia lo scontrino e lo cestina dicendo che non dovevo dargli nulla, ma logicamente a questo gesto ho insistito nel pagare, perché comunque abbiamo usufruito dei loro servizi. Logicamente non andremo più in questo posto, e un consiglio che sento di dare da ristoratore è che chi troppo vuole nulla stringe, quindi lavorate in base alle capacità del...
