COMETIGIRA — Restaurant in Bari

Only go here if you're really desperate. On arrival I was pretty excited once I saw the good products they're working with, but unfortunately the talent of the chef didn't match the level of the products making the eventual plate as under average as the service. Any standard panino food truck makes it better than them. I don't have an issue with long waiting times, but eventually I didn't get the panino I've ordered which was understandably very frustrating. I'd suggest bringing more structure into the ordering process (ticket system, tick box cards, etc.) and working on the expectation management towards the customer. Owner lacks all kind of professionalism as can be seen by the ignorant answers to bad reviews on Google. There always seems to be an excuse instead of taking customer feedback and incorporating it. We got there by incident - we had no other option as it was 11.30 p.m. and it was the only restaurant/terrace open. The rest of them in the area were closed

We were starving and the only option for us were panini, as we are vegetarians. We would have eaten anything, so I would say they were pretty good. Everything you see in the pictures : 2 panini, medium portion of french fries and fried onions...

A parte che ci siamo trovati a mangiare in una giornata caldissima, e quindi sudavamo causa i palazzi intorno e nessuna circolazione d'aria, ma questo non si può dare nessuna colpa, ma i tavoli all'aperto sono posizionati in uno spiazzo di marciapiede, dove passano auto e quindi non molto carino. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti, carpaccio, patatine, caciocavallo, qualità accettabile ma porzioni misere. I bambini hanno preso dei panini, che erano abbondanti e anche buoni, noi adulti, alcuni hanno preso la tagliata, che ho anche assaggiato, mangiato pezzi molto più gustosi e buoni, ma il clou è stato quando è arrivata la tomahawk di scottona, che sul menù portava una pezzatura a 1,2 Kg, non era neache 800gr., poi te a portano intera e non tagliata, oltre ce veramente di gusto pessimo, quasi immangiabile, nonostante l'aggiunta di sale e glassa di balsamico, tant'è che una amica ha solo assaggiato un pezzettino.
