Absolutely fantastic pizza, stopped on the way to Florence for a quick bite to eat and pasta e pizza did not disappoint. It offers pizza with good quality ingredients that really shine through, very quick turn around, and at a decent price. I have to agree with other people on the dough, which was super light and didn’t leave us feeling tired or overindulged, but ready to continue our journey. Side note: I didn’t see any pasta on the menu, but it was such a happy coincidence as the pizzas were top notch. Grazi mile!!

The pizza is great, and the staff is super friendly. They open at 6 which is great for families with kids who want to eat early. The only complaint I have is (if you choose to eat there) they don’t...

A buon intenditor tante parole! Posso solo dire TANTE parole, perchÊ vedete, da Pietro e Ale, ovvero da Pasta e Pizza, gli aggettivi piÚ belli si elencano con grande piacere e con grande facilità. La pizza è il mezzo con cui il pizzaiolo ti porta a provare gusti incredibili, magari anche segreti razionalmente. Perciò il messaggio arriva dritto al cuore. Se si fa del bene, facendo bene il proprio lavoro, concludo questa mia recensione...
