Ristorante Zenzero — Restaurant in Bibbona

Horrible experience, really bad, uncommodating customer service. Arrived there at 8pm hungry, well-knowing that a spot will most likely not be available but we heard from friends that take away is good. Told the guy we wanted pizza to take away. He said right now it's full but we can come back in 1 hour. We discussed it and said ok in 1 hour we come back and order our pizzas to take home. At 9pm I returned from a beach walk super hungry to order our pizzas, got told 20mins until we can order. Wife and 2yo were already fuming and I was starting to get angry but guy still didn't take our orders for later, just told us come back soon. We waited and when I asked at 21.20pm he told us with no shame we should return at 10. When I was then getting very upset, he pretended he didn't understand me even though he understood me well before. If he told us right away that today is very difficult and it's gonna be very late we would have went somewhere else. result: hungry upset wife and crying child and no food. Siamo rimasti scontenti quasi su tutto, forse perché abbiamo mangiato pesce, ed è proprio sul pesce che si capisce la vera qualità del locale. Polpo come antipasto e unico piatto buono. Grigliata di pesce davvero misera (pagata 17 euro) e troppo cotta (tranne il tonno che era pochissimo ma cotto giusto) senza nemmeno due verdure o qualcosa a contorno che non costano davvero nulla ma fanno comunque piacere. Primi di pesce (tagliolini allo scoglio e tagliolini al pesto di rucola e rana pescatrice) davvero nulla di speciale, per non dire che non ci sono piaciuti. Inoltre abbiamo preso l'acqua naturale da bere che arriva tipo alla spina che sa al quanto di cloro. Fosse gratis o inclusa nel coperto non direi nulla ma a € 2.50 a bottiglia direi che è davvero inaccettabile! Come posizione ci hanno messi nella terrazza dove è presente un tetto in legno che fa davvero soffrire il caldo, quando a volte bastano un paio di ventilatori per muovere l'aria e farti stare decisamente meglio. Non abbiamo preso ne dolce e ne caffè poiché non vedevamo l'ora di andare via, sia per il caldo che per l'esperienza nel complesso poco gradevole.
