Solleone — Restaurant in Bibbona

This place it's my favorite for breakfast with a sun starting to illuminate beach in the morning… Every time I take my cappuccino and a brioche the staff is always fantastic, well educated, ready to do everything for a customer & always funny…

Unfortunately when I come in the evening I find delays…(not dramatic to be honest). In general all the waiters are very nice and professional but there is one waitress with name “ELISA” that is really rude, with no empathy & not well disposed towards customers…!!!

I honestly hope you are not going to meet her…!!!

L'insalata "Salmon Chic" che ho ordinato è stata una vera delusione. Pagare 14€ per un'insalata di busta è un furto, soprattutto quando gli ingredienti sono di qualità terribile e pessima. L'avocado era immaturo, duro e palesemente tagliato molto tempo prima della preparazione del piatto, diventando di un colore particolare con un sapore sgradevole, molto diverso dal tipico avocado immaturo. Non mi lamento spesso del cibo, ma qui siamo davvero al limite. La qualità degli ingredienti è fondamentale e non può essere ignorata in questo modo. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare il piatto, il personale ha reagito in modo incredibilmente maleducato, dicendo a muso duro che non avrebbero cambiato il piatto, nemmeno con uno che costava meno di 14€. Difendendo ostinatamente questo abominio culinario come "la loro insalata". Se questa è davvero la loro insalata, mi dispiace molto per loro. Un'esperienza da dimenticare....

Wir wurden beschimpft! Ich formuliere meine Rezension gerne um, aber es ändert sich nichts an dem, was wir erleben mussten.

Personal scheint ein Problem mit Touristen zu haben! Super unverschämt, und diskriminierend. Bedienung hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir nicht bedient werden. Nur weil wir uns an den falschen Tisch gesetzt hatten (es war außer uns nur EIN einziger anderer Tisch belegt!!!). Die haben es nicht nötig offensichtlich, ihr völlig überteuertes Essen an den Mann/ an die Frau zu bringen. Wir kommen...
