Brezza Marina — Restaurant in Bisceglie

Yesterday as we entered Brezza Marina it was quite loud with there on going photo shoots so we decided to head somewhere else just then the owner of the shop came out to get us back in and told us he will wind off the shoot please don’t leave , a gesture that showed that they genuinely cared and we reluctantly came in , ordered penne pasta in red sauce , a chicken dish in white sauce with some pasta and mash rooms loved it the person made an effort to ask the chef to keep it spicy for us , the. We ordered shrimps which was quite big in size and lastly a pizza that was amazing authentic , and we also loved the bread they served with tomato salsa and pesto sauce . All this in just 15 Ro , for the location it was dearth cheap , and the hospitality of the guy in charge was outstanding will definitely be back with our kids...

The quality of the the food was great and we really loved our meal (raviolis and pasta with clams). Unfortunately the service was poor: the waiters looked rushed (the bill was dropped on our table without a word), we had to ask for everything and they looked unhappy, not a single question on how was our meal. Individuato casualmente grazie alle ottime valutazioni di diversi utenti è stato una delusione.

Abbiamo prenotato e il tavolo al nostro arrivo non era pronto e la sufficienza che il caposala ha mostrato sin dall'inizio non ha giocato sicuramente a suo favore.

Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di tartare di tonno rosso e sfilettato di spada sicuri di un prodotto fresco e saporito come evidenziato dalle recensioni, i piatti erano presentati bene come attesto anche con le foto... il sapore però...lontano dal fresco sapore del mare e soprattutto molto lontano da un prodotto saporito. L'avranno mica lavato?

La cena prosegue con un primo più convincente, ma forse con qualche ingrediente surgelato...il dubbio ci è venuto...

Per secondo la frittura di pesce e polpo arrosto buone...ma un po' molli... ci hanno convinti a optare per un dessert fuori...

Ottimo il vino. Non della casa... Maremosso! Questo sicuramente era fresco. Grazie al...ghiaccio!
