Unpleasant Experience with Rude and Racist Waiter

On 14/01/2024 , I visited Just Peruzzi with friends, hoping to enjoy a pleasant time over coffee. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the extremely poor attitude of a "waiter".

From the beginning, the "waiter" displayed rude behavior that made us uncomfortable. He asked one of my friends " Are you here to clean the windows?" However, what was even more disheartening was the apparent racist remarks made during our interaction. Such behavior has no place in any establishment.

Despite attempting to address the issue with the waiter, the response was dismissive, adding to the overall disappointment. " He asked Am I a millionaire " . Should I be a millionaire to have a 2 euro coffee at a restaurant? Racism and rudeness have no excuse in customer service, and it significantly tarnished our visit.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for sensitivity training among their staff. No customer should feel unwelcome due to the inappropriate behavior of a staff member.

First of all we are not wondered about your reply. Anyone can refer to the other bad reviews and can get an idea about response from the management. management always refusal to acknowledge their fault.

Just Peruzzi offers more than just a meal; it's an experience. The highlight of my visit was the 'Risotto ai Frutti di Mare,' a masterpiece of perfectly cooked rice and a generous assortment of fresh seafood. Complementing this was the 'Fritto Misto,' a mix of lightly fried seafood, crispy on the outside yet tender inside.

The view is breathtaking and out of the world! You're up close with the sea, and even from inside, you can see the waves dancing right in front of you. You won't get enough of that Mediterranean scene, it's just stunning!

But what really sets the restaurant apart is Paolo, the owner. His warm greeting makes you feel like a cherished friend rather than a customer. His stories about the food and the origins of his restaurant add a personal touch that is rare and heartwarming. Paolo's passion for his cuisine and his dedication to his guests' experience make dining here an unforgettable experience.
