Ristorante Itoka — Restaurant in Bologna

Located conveniently just outside the walls of the city near Porta San Felice. The food is totally amazing, and they serve other types of food besides sushi. Their prices are very reasonable and the waiters and so jovial, pleasant and helpful. Their grappa too, oh my, it worked wonders for me although it was my first time trying that specific one and I struggled to swallow the first gulp, loool. 😁 I had a wonderful time and will certainly visit again! The worst sushi restaurant, that I have been. No rates are given, we ordered Alaska roll that looked delicious on the menu, but they brought some disaster, very small salmon on sushi rice was put without consistency. Salmon tartar was so small that I thought it was a side dish, but waitress said it is tartat. It was smallest tartar I have ever eaten. Prawns were not very bad, but we had to play until we would clean it... Disaster and disappointment. And we had to pay 42...

Ho voluto dare una chance a questo all-you-can-eat giapponese (poco cinese) dopo che esso ha cambiato gestione (e nome), ma la qualità purtroppo è rimasta quella di una volta. Scortesia assoluta da parte del personale, chiedevamo informazioni sui piatti e la risposta era: "non lo so, non sono io che li preparo". Abbiamo salutato quando siamo andati via e quella che sembrava la proprietaria non ha neanche girato la testa per risalutarci, sputando un "arrivederci" forzato dandoci le spalle. Ti portano tutti i piatti in una volta, riempiendoti subito il tavolo e costringendoti a diventare pazzo per farci stare tutti i piattini contemporaneamente: un vero disagio. Oltre al fatto che facendo così i piatti caldi si raffreddano subito. La qualità del sushi è veramente bassa, il pesce non aveva sapore, il carpaccio quasi immangiabile. Infatti le cose più buone erano quelle fritte, in cui è veramente difficile sbagliare: involtini fritti di gamberi e asparagi, gamberoni in tempura, tiger roll (maki con gamberi in tempura-salmone). Ho dovuto richiedere il wasabi 3 volte perchè te lo portano col contagocce. Inoltre sono sprovvisti di vino sfuso, costringendoti ad acquistare calici singoli o bottiglie di vino, aumentando notevolmente il costo dell'all-you-can-eat. Non...
