Osteria Antica Guetta — Restaurant in Bonassola

This is my beef steak today for 22€... I was able to eat maybe 20%. The rest is a bone. Additionally very unfrendly service.

Actually you are completly wrong. My wife did not post any review. She was pretty happy with the meal she got but she had the same feelings about the unfrendly service. I asked politely to change the table only once because the one we got was too close your open toilet. Your response was rude but we decided to stay anyway which was a bad decision. I can write in points all the mistakes you made while servicing us but I see there is no point. We visited many restaurants during our 3 weeks visut in Levanto and only in Antica Guetta we were so much disappointed. This is so unfortunate because on Tuesday last week we had a wedding in Bonassola and we had a dinner in your restaurant (booked by Agnieszka from Poland, you know her) and lets say almost all was ok but we paid 150€ (75 per person) and we were served by other people. Avoid this place at all cost! Charged €2 per person which I normally happy to pay anywhere in Italy but we didn't even get a single slice of bread!!! I was told the cover charge was for cutlery and napkins.

Should I bring my own cutlery next time? And pushed me as customer!

Avoid at all cost!!! Do yourself a favour! There are plenty of places much nicer and food was average, service was rude all through the meal and give you some bread at least for cover charge.

Absolutely tourist trap! Yes they have very nice view overlooking the beach.

I travelled around the world and many many times from north to south of Italy I know what cover charge is and even in the US I know what is to pay enough for service charge!

На ужин взяли спагетти с морепродуктами, спагетти были ужасно твердые и почти сырые, соуса практически не было, паста была сухой, 2 сухих кусочка помидора и мидии были плохого качества и плохо очищены, и практически все были закрытые. Настолько ужасной посты я не ела никогда в жизни. Никому и никогда не посоветую это заведение, потому что главный менеджер даже не извинился, я сказала ему что есть это просто не возможно, он без лишних слов забрал блюда и принес счет на оплату. За 2 ужасные порции пасты я заплатила 50€. Соль и перец нам так же не принесли, сервис был на ужасном уровне. А точнее его не было вообще. ———————————- Per cena ho preso gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare, gli spaghetti erano terribilmente duri e quasi crudi, praticamente non c'era sugo, la pasta era secca, 2 pezzetti secchi di pomodoro e le cozze erano di pessima qualità e pelate male, e praticamente tutte erano coperte. Non ho mai mangiato un pasto così terribile in vita mia. Non consiglierò mai questo posto a nessuno, perché il direttore generale non si è nemmeno scusato, gli ho detto che semplicemente non è possibile mangiare, ha preso i piatti senza ulteriori indugi e ha portato il conto per il pagamento. Per 2 terribili porzioni di pasta ho pagato 50€. Anche sale e pepe non ci sono stati portati, il servizio era a un livello terribile. O meglio, non esisteva affatto.

Se volete davvero assaggiare una buona pasta misto mare, vi consiglio scegliere un altro posto, per esempio ristorante SI VA che davvero fa la pasta buonissima.
