Ristorante Aparmura — Restaurant in Bordighera

This restaurant is the perfect compromise between price and quality. Personally I suggest to choice between the pizzas and filets.

Take note: here the pizzas are different from the standard pizzerias, the way used to prepare it is the "tegamino", it means that are made as the Italians use to prepare the pizzas at home.

If you prefer to have a filet I recommend you to choose the "filetto alla bordigotta".

If you want to be sure to have a table will be better to book it prior to go.

The personnel is very friendly.

The pizzas here are baked on a tray or skillet, not the conventional wood fired oven so the pizzas are more American style instead of traditional Italian

However the pizzas are really good, bit of a crunch to the base but that's not a bad thing and it's really good service also

Un’altra vacanza in Francia e sebbene ormai abbiamo i nostri validi punti di riferimento dai cugini d’oltralpe, sentivamo il bisogno di cucina nazionale. Partiamo da Mentone con l’idea di un locale a Bordighera visto su Google ma giunti sul posto siamo attratti da un piccolo dehor, proprio sulla piazza dove abbiamo parcheggiato. Accoglienza piacevole, di quelle che ti fanno sentire a casa, nonostante siano quasi le 21:30. Non siamo particolarmente affamati, partiamo con un antipastino rapido, farinata allo stracchino e acciughe fritte, a cui aggiungiamo uno spaghetto alle vongole e dei ravioli burro e salvia. Ora, qui si crea un problema: la farinata è una farinata intera, le acciughe arrivano in un piatto da portata (pieno) e a seguire arrivano almeno due etti di ravioli ed altrettanti spaghetti alle vongole. Beh, è stato un problema davvero piacevole da affrontare 😁! La filosofia del posto è “si va al ristorante per mangiare” e le promesse vengono mantenute, non solo nelle quantità ma soprattutto nel gusto, non avremmo potuto avere aspettative migliori.
