Expensive and underwhelming. If you, like us, came here from the Michelin app, you might be sorely disappointed. The food is just not of a standard worthy of the Michelin app, as many other reviewers have mentioned.
I'm not sure if it was just the night we were there, but my impression is that the head chef lacks experience. Our €48 white truffle pasta was unsalted and tasteless, and a €48 egg with white truffle dish was cooked to the point where the cheese had curdled.

Read moreThe place is beautiful and trusting the Micheline app I booked here for a group of 6 friends. Unfortunately the experience has not been to the expected level. One of the truffle dish was completely unedible, the cheese was too acidic. The dish has been sent back and replaced with a much better result, but I’m surprised the chef didn’t taste the dish before sending it out. The impression is that the chef might have changed recently and maybe this is the reason for doubtful quality of the experience, shame beautiful location and nice people serving at...
Read moreSensational yet earnestly passionate restaurant. Beyond the intricately thoughtful and seasonal menu, the kitchen was kind enough to accommodate my mother’s rare dietary restrictions. The wine recommendation pleased the whole table. Dining here was a special experience for my family and I. Not pretentious, we laughed with delight and enjoyed each bite and sip. Scuderie Sabaude melds art and...
