Norma — Restaurant in Brescia

They did not care at all. We have booked at 21:00, after 10 minutes of waiting they gave us a table. Waited 5 minutes just for a menu in which i was searching the menu on the website! I have ordered a pizza(it was good) and my mate ordered started and the second plate. The guy did not even asked from us if we want to have starter to share or bring pizza and started at the same time ! He brought pizza and the starter together and after 15 minutes he took the second’s plate of my mate! It was ridiculous. My mate wanted oil and salt but they did not bring for our table. I think they forgot I eat so slow, the girl working there, took my half pizza ( in which i was in pause in eating because the fork and knife where open(V SHAPE)) she took away! Can believe it guys?? Sul cibo nulla da ridire, il risotto era spettacolare, la carbonara con gamberi buonissima, ottima anche la tartare. Veramente buoni anche i dolci. Quello che ci ha un po' rovinato l'esperienza è stato il servizio. Il ragazzo molto gentile e disponibile, le ragazze meno. Non amo molto quando vengono portati via i piatti mentre alcuni commensali stanno ancora mangiando. Mette fretta ed impedisce di gustarsi il cibo tranquillamente. Dopo il secondo siamo stati completamente dimenticati. Abbiamo aspettato più di 20 minuti con i piatti vuoti davanti. Abbiamo sempre dovuto richiamare l'attenzione per fare richieste di acqua o altro perché le cameriere venivano al nostro tavolo solo per consegnare piatti e ritirarli ma mai per chiedere se andasse tutto bene e se necessitassimo di qualcosa. Il locale era praticamente vuoto quindi non era una questione di tempo. Stavano pulendo non facendo caso a quello che succedeva in sala. Abbiamo fatto richiesta dei dolci dovendo attirare per due volte l'attenzione della cameriera (capelli ricci) che è venuta da noi a prendere l'ordine con i prodotti di pulizia che stava utilizzando. Abbiamo ordinato e sembrava che la stessimo disturbando. Ha preso l'ordine e se ne è andata senza un sorriso, senza dire nulla. Abbiamo ordinato il dolce ed abbiamo detto: "ti ordiniamo direttamente anche il caffè così siamo già a posto per dopo". (Della serie, cosi non ti disturbiamo più) Il caffe è arrivato prima del dolce.
