La Bottega di Gió — Restaurant in Budune/Budoni

Su consiglio decido di provare questa bottega che promette cibo tipico nel centro di Budoni, propietaria molto gentile fa il possibile per accogliere la nostra prenotazione a tarda serata, arrivati in posto ci accomodiamo, personale molto disponibile. Decidiamo per un tagliere di salumi e due primi, il tagliere arriva quando ormai avevamo già finito il pane che non ci viene fornito di nuovo, il tagliere promette tipicità locali ma al suo arrivo non ci viene descritto il contenuto, il crudo risulta secco e simile quello di qualsiasi supermarket, meglio la salsiccia secca, una fettina di formaggio senza gusto, in ogni caso non giustificati i 16€ richiesti. Come primi scegliamo i famosi culurgiones e delle trofie "calamari e radicchio", i culurgiones risultano di buona fattura ma purtroppo accompagnati da un ragù acido e non all'altezza, le trofie purtroppo secche, insapori, asciutte, abbinate ad un sugo orrendo, non siamo riusciti a non gettare la spugna a metà piatto. Sorpresina finale, nel conto il tagliere viene fatto pagare 18€ e non 16€ come descritto nel menú. Sconsiglio vivamente specie in rapporto al conto pagato, cena da pranzo di lavoro. Spiace per il personale davvero squisito ma a questi prezzi il cliente pretende altro.

Rettifica dopo la risposta del proprietario: sui culurgiones non ci è stato assolutamente consigliato alcun tipo di sugo ma semplicemente ci è stato chiesto come li avremmo graditi, idem per il vino, rosso o bianco senza nemmeno aver visto il menù, la pasta era asciutta per cui non mantecata assolutamente, il volantino (che ho allegato ora) fatto da loro trovato in BeB indicava cena tipica con 25€ ma dubito che in ogni caso valesse 25€ quella cena, grazie alla prossima. Inoltre ho aggiunto foto del tagliere, è stato richiesto UN tagliere solo da dividere, non un tagliere per due... il problema non è stato assolutamente...

Wow!! So my wife, daughter and son-in-law had a lovely meal at La Bottega do Gió just last week, unfortunately it was our last night in Sardinia but really was on of the best meals we had. We got to meet the very humble chef who made our wonderful meals. Had the best pasta dish I'd eaten all the time I'd been there. Service from the son of the chef and the young guys was fantastic, exactly what you hope for when sit down to relax and take in the Budoni night market. While you have our meal. Very bad. I was waiting 20 minutes to be served, and we were with 2 kids who were waiting for food. A young waitress who didn't have a clue how to work in a restaurant was just ignoring us. Shame thing, the day before my brother went there and had to wait 45 minutes for their starters. We gave a chance as they were not busy at all, shame as we wasted 20 min and by the end they said they do not have lasagne, no one said that in the beginning as they should have. Please don't waste time, there are much better places to eat. The owner should think more about...
