AQUA Drink and Fine Restaurant — Restaurant in Bugerru/Buggerru

We traveled the entire country for over 6 months eating mostly outside. This is hands down the worst food we ever had all the way from Milano to Napoli. It wasn’t a single plate gone bad, everything was absolutely terrible. The service was friendly and welcoming, the only positive note.

Replying to the owner: I understand that receiving negative feedback is never easy, and I do appreciate the effort your team is putting in during what seems to be a difficult time staffing-wise. We noticed a general decline in food quality across several restaurants in the area, which suggests a broader issue. That said, unfortunately, our experience at Aqua stood out for all the wrong reasons.

Out of the many places we tried, the food at Aqua was by far the most disappointing. Several of our dishes were left half-eaten, and we mentioned our concerns while settling the bill. I want to be clear that this review is not meant to be harsh for the sake of it, but rather to inform other potential guests and offer genuine feedback to help improve things.

The service we received was good, and I made sure to reflect that in my rating. However, the quality of the food was truly poor. Il ristorante AQUA a Buggerru è una vera gemma rara in Sardegna. Fin dal primo momento si percepisce la cura e la passione con cui questo locale è gestito. La cucina è eccellente: piatti preparati con grande attenzione, materie prime di alta qualità e un equilibrio di sapori che conquista al primo assaggio. Anche la proposta dei drink è sorprendente: originali, ben bilanciati e perfetti per accompagnare l’esperienza gastronomica.

Il vero punto di forza di AQUA è però il personale. Non si tratta solo di professionisti preparati, ma di persone che amano il proprio lavoro. La loro cortesia, disponibilità e capacità di far sentire ogni cliente accolto rendono l’esperienza indimenticabile.

Abbiamo assistito a una situazione difficile, con alcuni clienti estremamente maleducati, ma lo staff ha saputo gestirla con eleganza, calma e professionalità impeccabile. Un esempio raro di umanità e competenza, che dimostra quanto queste persone tengano davvero alla qualità del servizio.
