It started off so well. We didn't have a reservation, but they found a table for us. It's a lovely garden setting under trees. Probably super nice for families with small children, because of a playground. Two friendly members of staff took our orders, brought delicious cocktails and a nice platter with starters. And then it went downhill. After a while we realized that guests who had arrived later had finished their meals. So we inquired, this time asking another member of staff, who couldn't be bothered to listen as we addressed her in English, which the other two members of staff spoke fluently. This one didn't even give me the chance to switch to Italian and simply turned her back on us! After waiting to talk to someone else, we eventually got our food 90 minutes after ordering. Unfortunately most of it wasn't nice. Steak and salmon unseasoned, fried potatoes and rice undercooked, pizza average. Fried squid was actually ok. Plus the drinks we ordered after the initial round never came, neither did a missing set of cutlery that we had asked for. We swapped knives and forks around between the four of us. We did get an apology when paying....
Read moreI don’t know where to start. Will begin with the location and the place itself, a stunning spot in a very panoramic part of Sardinia. This is, sadly, the only nice thing about it, as everything else is so bad that you will wish you never went there. The food was really bad, the tuna tartare that one child ordered was almost rancid, the mixed seafood starters were all not fresh, badly cooked, and terribly cooked too. The pizzas were chewy, with a cracker like consistency, the toppings so bad that a lot of us decided not to eat the whole pizza, despite of the fact that we were starving. The service was terrible, they brought the wrong food, pizzas that were different from the ones we ordered, and even producing the bill took almost 1 hour. If it was possible to put zero stars I would do so, but it is not allowed. I gave 3 stars for the atmosphere because the location is beautiful , but you can really see that the owner, and the whole of the waiting staff, do not care about food or customers. Which is very sad, as this place has a lot...
Read moreVery disappointed. The menu was in Italian but they were smart and on their website they have a menu in English. I was wondering why they haven't printed it but okay. I tried multiple times a waitress to come. But they were to busy... In September, I am wondering how they do it in the summer time. So I went to the barman and asked him for the WiFi password. He said the WiFi isn't free for the clients. Then the waitress came to me and said that the WiFi was broken... I downloaded the menu with my mobile data. I ordered a typical Italian carbonara. I got tomatoes in it... And it wasn't that tasty at all. We asked for extra cheese it never came. The first waitress was very kind but the second one, you didn't got one smile of her. I don't recommend this restaurant. Maybe their cocktails are good, good luck in trying that we went away quickly and will...
