Il Coppale — Restaurant in Cadrezzate con Osmate

Just one thing to judge the kind of owners:

on 22nd september they kicked away two young english tourists just because they were taking sun after a bath on what they call improperly "Their beach". It was the end of the season and there was absolutely no one else there. The beach was desert and it was nice to see that there was still someone taking a bath.. In fact lately many other people would have like to enter on the only decent beach available in that place, but they couldn't just because those owners closed it managing only the restaurant! (They say it wasn't worthy for them to carry on with the beach in september!)

It's a shame the mayor don't revoke the beach licence to managers treating...

Frequento questa spiaggia (e ho più di un'ora di strada per arrivarci) da anni, non ho mai avuto esperienze negative per quanto riguarda il personale (parcheggio/spiaggia/bar), anzi mi/ci hanno sempre trattato con gentilezza e disponibilità. Non ho neanche esperienze per quanto riguarda il ristorante, ma per il bar si e mi ricordo la bravura, velocità e soprattutto la gentilezza degli addetti. Fino all'anno scorso non c'erano attese anche con tutti i tavoli pieni, oggi c'era il "panico" assoluto e purtroppo troppa, troppissima maleducazione di una cameriera. Io ho fatto questo lavoro durante gli studi e tutt'oggi lavoro col pubblico. Capisco assolutamente i problemi organizzativi (che sicuramente si possono risolvere facilmente) e la mia critica vuol essere solo costruttiva! Prima regola sacra "il cliente ha ragione" e si risponde con un sorriso e magari scusandosi per il disagio. Non si aggredisce i clienti, non si dicono parolacce, non si offende e tantomeno si passa tra i tavoli mandando a vaff....i clienti oppure urlando verso il bancone "lasciali aspettare che tanto ce l' hanno con me, possono aspettare". Purtroppo questo comportamento è sbagliatissimo e ha creato un'atmosfera spiacevole per tutti noi che eravamo seduti ai tavoli. Qualsiasi disagio può essere attenuato con un sorriso, un "mi spiace" e con disponibilità verso il cliente! Ho dato una stella al servizio solamente per spronare i proprietari, o la cameriera in questione cambia comportamento oppure non è il suo lavoro e la cambiate...lo consiglio vivamente...

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED great restaurant and pizzeria. Friendly staff offers great service. They are usually quite quick, obviously when it's a full house there will be a bit of a wait but you can sip some wine, beer or a spritz while enjoying the view of the beautiful lake. This place will not disappoint. Great place to dine with friends, family or even on your own and they are pet friendly. This is family owned and run and they take pride in offering the best service and quality...
