Beautiful location, not very distant from Padova, surrounded by what seems to be a lake. It must be gorgeous in spring! The inside is as beautiful as the outside, lots of space, high ceilings, wood beams. And now the most important feature: their food. I was at a birthday party, so the menu was chosen by the hosts. The food was incredibly good from the starter to the desert! The meat was cooked and presented as a kebab. There were 5 kinds of meat. You could eat all 5 or choose your favourite! Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante Bocon Divino in occasione di un matrimonio, e l’esperienza è stata davvero memorabile, tanto per la qualità del cibo quanto per l'atmosfera che caratterizza questo accogliente locale immerso nella campagna. La cucina proposta dal ristorante rispetta la tradizione veneta, ma con un tocco di classe che rende ogni piatto un’esperienza unica. I primi piatti, preparati con ingredienti freschi e genuini, sono un vero omaggio alla tradizione locale. La pasta fresca, condita con sughi ricchi e saporiti, ha conquistato tutti i commensali, perfettamente bilanciata e saporita senza essere eccessiva. Un'altra pietanza che mi ha colpito particolarmente è stata la faraona di casata, che si è rivelata eccezionale. La carne, molto tenera, è stata cucinata alla perfezione, e presentava un sapore ricco e avvolgente. Ma è stata la selezione di carne allo spiedo a rubare la scena, con tagli sia classici, sia pregiati (come la pluma iberica e la patanegra): succulenti, fragranti e incredibilmente saporiti, cotti alla perfezione e serviti in abbondanza. Per concludere il pasto in bellezza l’ananas allo spiedo (condito con una leggera spolverata di cannella) è stato un vero e proprio colpo di scena. Perfetto nella sua semplicità, con una dolcezza naturale, ha lasciato un ricordo indelebile nella mia mente. L'ambiente del ristorante è rustico ma allo stesso tempo curato, con arredi che richiamano la campagna veneta, creando un'atmosfera calda e accogliente. Il servizio l’ho trovato sempre attento e professionale.
