Locale anonimo ma il problema è stato il servizio. Ci ha accolto un ragazzo dall'atteggiamento "brillante" che risultava irritante. Ma l'importante era mangiare. Locale affollato ci siamo prepariamo a una lunga attesa. Dopo cinque minuti il ragazzo che ci aveva accolto ha lanciato sul tavolo i menù dopo altri dieci minuti ha preso solo le ordinazioni del bere. Una birra media e un'acqua a temperatura ambiente. A parte la difficoltà a far capire cos'era una birra media, quando finalmente, ha portato il bere ha aperto subito l'acqua e l'ha versata nel bicchiere e si è eclissato; peccato che l'acqua fosse fosse ghiacciata. Poi "il brillante" ha iniziato a prendere gli irdini dagli altri tavoli e a servirli. Dopo una ventina di minuti abbiamo fermato l'altro cameriere per riuscire a fare l'ordine. Dopo 45 minuti dall'ingresso ci siamo alzati e siamo andati a pagare. Quello che avevamo parzialmente bevuto. "Sua brillantezza" ha polemizzato sul fatto che così avrebbe dovuto annullare l'ordine dandoci anche dei maleducati. Ha cercato di fare il superiore facendo la mossa di offrirci fa bere. Noi abbiamo voluto pagare e lui ha insistito gli abbiamo dato 10 euro (più del dovuto) e lui ha fatto il grande dicendo che le avrebbe messi nelle mance. Noi siamo andati via. La proprietà ci ha offerto da bere e lui si incassarerà la sua quota di mance. Esperienza da dimen... ricordare per evitare...

First, there was terrible music that was way too loud. It took way too long for our drinks to be brought. just forgot and without excuse all the cans (!) were finally put on the table. The food was not served at the same time. One of the dishes was given fifteen (!) minutes earlier than the rest. The quality was reasonable but not at all fine italian cuisine. Wir waren aufgrund der guten Bewertung in diesem Restaurant und wurden leider sehr enttäuscht. Die laminierte Karte enthielt Bilder der Speisen, wozu auch Burger gehörten. Die Tageskarte konnte vom Kellner nicht wiedergegeben werden, sodass wir selbst draußen nachschauten. Unsere Vorspeise enthielt ein circa 5cm großes Stück Hartplastik, was meine Freundin im Mund hatte und damit quasi mitgegessen wurde!!!! Unser Hinweis darauf wurde hingenommen. Es folgte keinerlei Entschuldigung o.ä., was uns ziemlich sprachlos machte. Die Garnelen auf einer unserer bestellten Pizzen waren nicht gar (noch grau). Auch dieser Hinweis wurde nicht beachtet. Der Kellner diskutierte zuerst, nahm die Pizza mit und brachte sie mit einem: „Das ist schon richtig so!“ wieder. Auch wenn das so ist, finden wir die Art und Weise der Reaktion auf Gastanmerkungen/-wünsche indiskutabel. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht sowie sprachlos darüber, dass dieses Restaurant bisher so gut bewertet wurde. Vielleicht hatten wir Pech bzgl. Plastik und Garnelen, allerdings bewerten wir hier vor allem die Reaktion darauf, also die Serviceleistungen als unterirdisch. Wir werden hier nicht...
