ITALIANO: Siamo venuti da Basilea(Svizzera) per provare questo ristorante , consigliato da amici Svizzeri, purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi dal cibo servitoci, Abbaino ordinato come antipasto il misto di affettati e formaggi , i formaggi erano maggior parte croste e parti finali del formaggio, poi e toccato alla tagliata di scottona, purtroppo la carne era frollata male e non era affatto morrbida come ci aspettavamo che fosse , ma era molto gommosa e dura ,ragione per cui l’abbiamo lasciata nel piatto senza finirla , un vero peccato , le cozze erano molto buone ma la carne era davvero pessima , basandomi su questa unica esperienza non ci ritornerei , ma il servizio e stato molto cordiale e gentile , ma il cibo non è all’altezza delle aspettative. ENGLISH: We came from Basel (Switzerland) to try this restaurant, recommended by Swiss friends, unfortunately we were very disappointed by the food served to us, we ordered the mixture of cold cuts and cheeses as a starter, the cheeses were mostly rinds and final parts of the cheese, then we got to the cut of scottona, unfortunately the meat was badly matured and was not at all soft as we expected it to be, but it was very chewy and tough, which is why we left it on the plate without finishing it, a real shame, the mussels they were very good but the meat was really bad, based on this one experience I wouldn't go back, but the service was very friendly and kind, but the food didn't live up to expectations. GERMAN: Wir kamen aus Basel (Schweiz), um dieses von Schweizer Freunden empfohlene Restaurant auszuprobieren. Leider waren wir von dem Essen, das uns serviert wurde, sehr enttäuscht. Abbaino bestellte die Mischung aus Aufschnitt und Käse als Vorspeise, der Käse bestand größtenteils aus Schwarte und Schlusskäse Teile des Käses, dann kamen wir zum Schnitt von Scottona, leider war das Fleisch schlecht gereift und überhaupt nicht weich, wie wir es erwartet hatten, aber es war sehr zäh und zäh, weshalb wir es auf dem Teller belassen haben ohne es zu Ende zu bringen, wirklich schade, die Muscheln waren sehr gut, aber das Fleisch war wirklich schlecht, aufgrund dieser einen Erfahrung würde ich nicht wiederkommen, aber der Service war sehr freundlich und nett, aber das Essen konnte nicht mithalten zu den Erwartungen. Leider nicht zugelassen 👎🏻.
FRANCE: Nous sommes venus de Bâle (Suisse) pour essayer ce restaurant, recommandé par des amis suisses, malheureusement nous avons été très déçus par la nourriture qui nous a été servie, Abbaino a commandé le mélange de charcuterie et de fromages en entrée, les fromages étaient majoritairement à croûtes et finale parties du fromage, puis nous sommes arrivés à la coupe de scottona, malheureusement la viande était mal affinée et n'était pas du tout molle comme nous l'espérions, mais elle était très moelleuse et dure, c'est pourquoi nous l'avons laissée dans l'assiette sans le finir, vraiment dommage, les moules elles étaient très bonnes mais la viande était vraiment mauvaise, sur la base de cette seule expérience je n'y retournerais pas, mais le service était très sympathique et gentil, mais la nourriture n'était pas à la hauteur aux attentes. Read moreWe visited this restaurant as a result of all the glowing references and I can only confirm and add to them. The homemade raviloli, stuffed with fish from the Lake were superb. The house wine very acceptable. The real revelation, however, was the service - genuinely friendly, charming staff, who were very young, but equally capable. Little touches, like the manager mentioning our name when we left, helped make the experience memorable. The only thing that could have been better was the weather, which meant we couldn't eat outside; we felt like that would have made the experience even better. However, the best part comes with the food: we probably had one of the best spaghetti with seafood of our lives: compared to Germany you really get a lot of seafood in high variation. It’s amazing.
plus the service was utterly attentive and friendly. He even brought us some Prosecco for the beginning.
Finally, what we didn’t like too much was the tiramisu - but that was compensated by their white house wine that was super good.
