Some locals suggested that we forget the big smoke and go to this place. The drive up the windy roads would be worth it.

Well, they were correct. The food was magnificent and imaginative. Even the simple things, like the chips and pumpkin gnocchi were stunning.

The house wine was from a vineyard you could see from the front door and complemented the food well.

With wine, it came to less than Euro 30 a head. When next in Italy, I will certainly go...

Per fuggire al caldo della città abbiamo deciso di provare questo locale situato a poca distanza dall'inizio del centro abitato di Migliana. La location ci ha impressionati positivamente: dalla tranquilla veranda si gode un bellissimo panorama e ovviamente un bel fresco rigenerante. Il servizio è stato velocissimo e molto molto attento oltre che gentile. Si possono gustare specialità toscane di buona qualità, i piatti sono curati e saporiti. Molto buona la tagliata di manzo e anche le patatine fritte (cibo semplice ma non scontato). Deliziosi i dessert, soprattutto il flan alla nocciola con crema di arancia. Il prezzo è perfettamente in linea con una cena gustosa in un ambiente bello esteticamente e tranquillo che permette di dimenticare per qualche ora il caldo e lo stress della città. Ulteriore punto di forza il parcheggio riservato ai clienti proprio davanti...

Excellent place to go for additional Tuscany food. I would particularly recommend the steaks and the various pastas were also very well done.

Staff were very attentive and we were made to feel very welcome .
