Playaloca — Restaurant in Caorle

Ok beach bar, terrible food. I’ve been looking forward to coming to Italy for many reasons, including the food. I haven’t been for many years, and have been telling my children how wonderful the food will be. Apparently Italians don’t care about their food anymore. Amongst the dishes we had for lunch yesterday, I ordered a Caprese salad, described on the menu as ‘mozzarella, tomato and basil’. After some of the terrible meals I’ve had this week, I thought ‘3 ingredients, what can go wrong?’ I was served a plate of tomatoes and mozzarella, with a mound of iceberg lettuce drowned in huge globs of pesto sauce. What a travesty. The mozzarella was tasteless, the tomatoes were not at all ripe. Why was basil replaced with pesto? Not a single actual leaf of basil. Surely iceberg lettuce has no place on a caprese salad? No bread. Urgh. My boys loved their giant portion of fries, so they were...

Avoid this place! Wanted to eat some fries on the beach so went there, 4 portions of fries €18 is alot but wouldn't mind the price if they wouldn't put so much salt!!! So took some ketchup sachets of the cabinet next to the tables thinking it's available for customers to get, as I was walking away woman in a tshirt with massive "boss" sign on her back approached me telling me its 50 cents per sachets, what a rip off if you already spend some money at their place, clearly they don't care if you come back or not, stear away from this place and go to Ristorante Sporting at the camping side next to the mini golf place, amazing tasty food, super prices and they are polite and...

Impossibile qualificare senza disgusto questo luogo che altro non è che LA discarica del cibo surgelato ultracostoso e delle limonate che sanno da acqua frizzante e calcare. Auguro a tutti di non avere mai la sfortuna di imbattersi in un posto del genere. È proprio per questa categoria al di sotto del classificabile, ai latifondi delle favelas del terzo mondo dove le nutrie prosperano, che bisognerebbe avvalersi del diritto di non pagare. Cercate almeno di rispettare con i prezzi la qualità che servite (anche se a questo punto andreste in fallimento dopo 24h). Mi vergognerei di servire e annunciare che non è previsto alcun gusto di granita, pur essendo domenica, eccetto al limone (dove sentiate questo gusto è ancora un mistero). Il vostro unico scopo è quello di toglierci soldi dal portafoglio in maniera falsamente rispettabile. Servizio scorbutico e depresso... almeno che sappia parlare italiano e che facciano il loro lavoro al posto di chiacchierare. Come si fa a creare una fila quando ci sono solo 3 clienti (anche troppo per quello che offrono). Spero possa essere servita questa mia recensione alla chiusura del locale.
