Arte & Pizza — Restaurant in Cardano al Campo

Our family of four went to this restaurant on 23 Dec 2018, the first night we arrived in Italy from Singapore. We were searching for a place to have dinner near our hotel, and chanced upon this restaurant. This is a small restaurant which can only seat about 10 to 12 people inside. (Not sure about outdoor seating though, no one was seated outside during our visit as it was winter.) There was one very helpful young server who speaks good English that evening, and she helped us with our order. I can't remember which pizzas we ordered, but they came piping hot, and tasted really, really great. Very affordable too. Our last night in Italy couldn’t have ended on a better note. This family-run pizza shop gave us the most authentic Italian experience we had on our trip. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family, and the warmth of the owners made the whole experience feel special.

Despite being the most affordable pizza we had in Italy, it was hands down the best. Perfectly cooked, simple, and full of flavor—the kind of pizza that reminds you why Italy is famous for it.

It was a great find as our last meal before leaving Italy. Very friendly staff that moved so quickly. This place had orders constantly coming in with lots of pick-up orders. Small indoor space, so if it's cooler out, you may not be able to eat in (they do have a larger outdoor eating area). Our pizzas tasted great and were made super fast. On top of the great service and food, the price is unbeatable. 29€ for two pizzas, focaccia bread, two sodas, and two waters. If you're not within walking distance, getting Ubers were a struggle.
