They need to understand that people come to a restaurant/bar on the sea to decompress and enjoy a night out, but that it won't happen if you have to wait more than 20mins to be noticed by a waiter, other 10 to order something and more than 30mins to finally drink or eat something. I've been here at least three times because it is very close to the place where I've been working for the past month, the first time it was on a bank holiday and I thought that the long wait to be served was due to the fact that it was completely sold out for that night but after coming here other two times I realized that it's common to wait a lot even if they aren't as crowded. For me customer service is everything and I also believe that in order to achieve in satisfying your customer with have to accomplish different goals, one of this is being respectful and, in case some problems arise, you have to take ownership of your own faults. Let a guest wait to put an order for more than 20mins it is simply not acceptable, as it is not acceptable to be rude to solo guests. Their menu is ok and food is average, however their cocktail selection is ridiculous. “I wanted to have lunch with my wife while waiting to check in to our room so we decided to try out the adjoining terrace bar instead of having to drive out of the resort. It turned out to be a HUGE mistake. We ordered 2 plates of pasta, one priced at €18, the other at €20. We get it - resort prices can be a little on the high side. However what I cannot accept is being blatantly ripped off. Charging €20 for a plate of spaghetti with ZERO ingredients except some lack-luster sauce… how can you justify that? Not to mention we waited for another half hour with staff zooming around us like headless chicken with no direction refusing to clear our empty plates. We had another dish of fried anchovies on order which never arrived and we decided to cancel it in the end. The place is run completely with no system whatsoever. The waitress who took our order, also had to help out with preparing pizza toppings in the kitchen and packing food for takeaway. When she wasn’t occupied in there, was tasked with also order-taking and clearing tables. Guests like us were unattended and neglected completely. It was a horrible way to begin our vacation and I would strongly recommend unless you have HOURS to wait and don’t mind paying exorbitant prices for dismal food and service, do NOT waste your time...

Were there 2 Times, both Times i had to wait for 45min-1h to get my Food. But at the last day of my Vacation i sat down at 14:00 and ordered my pizza(i thought to myself that they surely can make a pizza for me until they close the Kitchen at 15:00).I waited and waited till 15:00 at that time they said its coming. At 15:44 i still got no food while my Parents already ate their pizza so i asked when its ready and they said that the pizza Baker is gone and i cant be served pizza anymore . I just wanted to enjoy a last neapolitan pizza before i go home and now i wasted two hours on my last day in Italy and had no breakfast after an exausting bike Tour in the morning. The Service is really dissapointing. At least my parents didnt had to Pay for their pizza and drinks but this doesent change the fact that im still very hungry and that i cant get food from elsewhere because all Restaurants reopen at 19:00. On top of that comes the fact that an italien looking guy sat down after me and immideatly were brought a pizza ,and after he finished it he smoked a cigarret wiht 3 other italien looking guys,and one of them i believe was the pizza baker.
