The best restaurant I been on my life in Italy, so delicious and I enjoy a lot. I can’t wait come back. Me and my family have the best time, Vicenzo and Angelo do amazing service, and make you feel very welcome like family. My sister visit Italy for first time and she have the best time here. After several days in Rome we made it out to the Italian countryside and stopped in the village of Oasi del Sangro and found this restaurant. It was by far the best food, service and hospitality that we encountered on our trip to Italy. Highly recommended, I would return here again for sure. Lo chalet mi è stato consigliato da un collega di lavoro e così fiducioso mi sono recato una domenica di fine ottobre. Siamo entrati alle 14:00, quando alcuni tavoli si stavano liberando, per uscire quasi 2 ore e mezza dopo. Il benvenuto della casa era freddo, ma abbiamo soprasseduto. Ordiniamo due piatti di gnocchi e arrivano a tavola dopo oltre un'ora di attesa. Serviti in piatti piani e non nelle tipiche terrine, i miei gnocchi (troppo cotti) navigavano nella crema ai 4 formaggi. Niente cestino di pane per un logico accompagnamento. Salsiccia e provola affumicata solo discreta. Servizio ai tavoli confusionario, come ho notato durante la permanenza. All'atto del pagamento si sono giustificati con "problemi interni della cucina". Peccato, un pranzo...
