I had just gotten to Castelfiortino and wanted to get a bite to eat. I found this gem walking distance from where I was staying. I sampled a lot of what they had to offer. It was absolutely fantastic. Some of the best food I have had in Italy. The service was amazing, the man who I assume is the owner greeted me and my girlfriend with a smile while putting his heart and soul in to trying to keep us satisfied. His son was the chef and through the widow I could see him preparing all of our food from scratch. I would 100% come back and when I return back to the states, I will dream about the gnocchi, pizza...

A short drive from Montespertoli you will find the gem Cicco Italiano. Very reasonable prices and we found Neapolitan style pizza, which differs from the restaurants in Montespertoli. Pizza was delicious and very flavorful! Parking was a bit tricky since the parking payment machine on the street was broken but if you drive past the restaurant and turn right on the first road, there is a small parking lot.
