Trattoria al Morar — Restaurant in Castelnuovo del Garda

We went to the restaurant for dinner, and it was a nightmare! The service was terrible, the waiters were arrogant and disrespectful, and they added a €14 service charge without it being mentioned anywhere! The food was disgusting we left everything on the table and went to have dinner at another restaurant! We left hungry! The lasagna was worse than a ready-made meal, made with cheap ingredients! Really enjoyed the experience of the place. For my taste, this tavern was found in an idilic setup, rural side surrounded by vineyards. Although we arrived late and did not have a reservation, the staff was kind enough to offer us one after checking for availability. The food was great, you could feel the genuine taste of ingredients. Moreover, a live band was present that evening (possibly every evening, not really sure) that sang karaoke, it contributed to a fabulous experience in the low hills...

Il servizio così malissimo che io abbia mai visto nella mia vita. Se vedrete questo posto, lo passate via subito!! Ho chiesto un menu pranzo, la ragazza era insoddisfatta che non ho preso il menu, non mi ha detto nulla quanto costa il menu pranzo. Poi, l’ho chiesta di solo una cosa facilissima - preparare per la bambina (di 5ae) solo un spaghetto al burro, senza sugo (purtroppo con la figlia abbiamo un piccolo problemino all’estero - non sappiamo nulla che lei vuole mangiare) Lo spaghetto ero buono - lei l’ha mangiato Quando sono venuto alla cassa, qua si è ‘svegliato’ il titolare, che prima non mi ha detto ne una parola e mi disse - il costo per pranzo (il mio menu pranzo + lo spaghetto al burro per piccola bambina) è 45€👀🤦‍♂️ Un ‘piccolo discorso’ dalla parte mia che io non sono un bambino, ne anche un cretino e vengo in Italia tante vole nell’anno, lo so qua quasi tutto, particolarmente il prezzo giusto per un menu pranzo nei ristoranti italiani. Ho solo detto che me ne fregava nulla che si scrisse nel menu, perché non lo prendevo. Ho lasciato 15€ per il mio menu pranzo (il prezzo poi mi ha confermato la ragazza alla quale all’inizio l’ho ordinato) e 10 per lo spaghetto della figlia.

Quindi.. state attenti☝️- il titolare è un vero truffatore, un’idiota arrogante che non rispetta di nessuno. Anche e una ragazza nella sala, una dipendente Francamente, non volevo parlare con loro nella maniera che meritavano. Sono semplicemente pazzi🤦‍♂️ Non sprecate il...
