If you are looking for the traditional, modest way of eating in the local restaurant this is place for you. You can see directly into modest kitchen of this grateful cheff. I saw pizza in the menu only, but I felt more like to have a traditional pasta instead. I asked for pasta and cheff offered me today special he just finised and was not in the menu - tagliatelle with sea food. So I took it and it was amazing. Home made pasta with fresh sea food. We were welcomed in even though it was not quite time for dinner. The owner is extremely passionate and kind. The food was entirely local and absolutely delicious. Ive lived in Italy for over 2 years and this was a completely unique pizza experience! Delicious pizza crust, fresh sauce, pecorino cheese (which we also tasted raw), fresh meat and local asparagus and home grown tomatoes. Everything was delicious.
